Sandra was fantastic in helping resolve what was a very frustrating issue with my eSIM that caused some of my Apple services to not work correctly. I had some doubts initially but he told me to trust him and it ended up resolving the issue.
The guys were very helpful in finding another car even though the one I wanted initially was sold. They were very quick with the paperwork as well. Would recommend.
After suffering another accident with my vehicle, I thought let me try BMW Northcliff ARC again. They are one of the few BMW-approved repairers in Joburg, and surely they can't f*ck it up a second time, not after the fuss I created last time. (The first time I took the same vehicle to them, they oversprayed, didn't polish properly, left marks in the interior, and there was still some residual damage on the one mag). I was wrong! After taking the car in, I didn’t receive any updates from the repairers throughout the week. When I phoned them at the end of the week, they suddenly realised the car was ready for collection. Upon arriving at the repairers and inspecting the car, I found that they fixed the paint damage, but “forgot” to fix the damaged rear light. This was after I pointed it out to the QC person who had just brought me the car and supposedly inspected it beforehand. After speaking with the dealer principal, he had them take the car in again to install the light, which was apparently just lying around. Said new light had some superficial scratches after it was installed, but I was told that this was normal and the way it was received from BMW SA, and there was nothing they could do. I was then promptly given another vehicle's key, so I had to tell them sorry, this is not my key. I really thought after my last repair with them that this time they would make sure everything was done properly, but seems they are just laughably *********** and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. They are a bunch of muppets. Some stronger language is called for, including words starting with c and f, but let me not waste more time on them.
I ordered a set of new tires yesterday for a very good price, and the entire process was seamless and a very good experience. I also received the tires today which was a very pleasant surprise. Will definitely use again. Thanks to Karin & team and keep up the good work.
