who is now going to bring my car back to its original condition I've had it in ? this is totally I'm frustrated that I have to sit and type all this exactly the way it happend and again my car is in a state because you decided to paint it and then scratch and damage the paint more trying to take it off the paint is not even fully off because there's still places the paint that fell from your roof is still stuck in places of my vehicle. the people who did it left full polish everywhere on my car I have circular lines that are deep scratches all over the body bonnet and evident signs of how someone has been scratching it to remove the paint . I have all footage pictures videos etc on hand . kindly let me know if this is the process you follow and if this is how the mall is always been taken care of I would really like to understand because it's clear even Athol can't help me and rather tell me things like I should get legal action and I'll do just that because my car is evidence the paint is evidence and the footage is evident as well as the CCTV . I have sent several emails to the jhi excellerate team and they keep passing the blame
last night at 21h00 I go to my local KFC that I've supported for years and this place has always been a slow ass **** place that has terrible customer service and a don't care attitude by staff and is more like a barrix kind of environment. the chicken is always soggy full of oil and it looks like the owner of this franchise KFC JG CHAMPION known locally as the Silversands KFC in Brookdale is never intrested in the hygiene of the restaurant and looks like the staff are very unhappy hence we get **** for service and can't even trust your food for our children. I buy 1 twister for my 4 year old and 1 X streetwise 1 with mash which I had to wait 35 minutes for while it being dead quite and while other people come in and get their orders before me but came in after . however this is just the start of the nightmare I had . we go home my child eats through half the twister with the paper wrapping still on half way . she asked me to open the paper and only to realise there were ****ing insects worm like things that have been grilled and ****ing fried with the ****ing insects on the wrap and still ****in wrapped with the food . u Mean to tell me through all the steps no one saw this ? how many times is your staff touching the food and preparing that they can ****ing fry the insects and worms with the food ? this is a total embarassment the ****ing insects is roasted to the twister and all the legs of the insects are all over grilled to perfection like your **** ass food you serve especially in this restaurant in specific KFC northern drive . I'm utterly disgusted and will be putting this all over social media so people can know . we work hard for our money and if my child gets sick due to your negligence and unhygienic practices I'll be taking this up because before I can even open the ****ing twister half way through it I don't even ****ing know what she had already digested ? who's going to pay me for this ? who is going to make sure my child is ok ? I'll be writing to all health departments and KFC franchises and will make sure all my photos go viral
2 months ago I get a call from the hobby group call centre to tell me about a voucher they are giving me because I have a policy with platinum life they are giving me 1000 off a drone. So one of the clause was after 2 installments of 333 rands I'll get my drone 2 months passed I then received the drone . When my drone is delivered it's a cheap China mall drone that they want to debit me over 12 months for which is only worth 500 in stores . I then realised what a ******* company this is and how I ended up signing up for a product that is super cheap they give you the lowest quality drone but want me to pay 12 months for it . Lol in the first 2 months the drone is already paid for yet a company like this is allowed to Ripp people off . Their customer service stinks and despite sending them many emails till now they debit my account and have.not rep**** to me . The drone they give you comes with many faults and I have even told them about the faults on the first day I received the drone .like how certain stuff they give u with the drone is not working at all and can see it's a factory problem but still **** all is done . I'm sick and tired of such business that take us for granted and are getting rich from our hard earned money while they sit behind a phone and sell us **** promises . That money that they are making from me is nothing for me but let me tell you I hope by writing this many people are saved from such a ****ty company and buying such things from this company I promise you U'll save your self from such a lieing cheating company like this . I had only trusted them because of them mentioning platinum life and by using my insurance name to get me to trust them is a cheat I'll Also be letting all social media know and as well as platinum life letting such companies like this use their name to sell they **** product to people and **** this I'm tired of such people . Hobby group is the worst place to get drones and they care a **** about customer service. These are what you call rogue people . ****ing piece of ****s there wasn't no 1000 voucher because you still only released a drone to me after me paying 2 months and for a piece of **** drone that you give me that does not even work . You ****ing ****s . Beware of such people and companies guys
Last night 25th of April I took my family and I which consisted of 17 people in total . I had called the restaurant to make a reservation last week when I had enquired about the menu etc . I have some vegetarians in the family so when I had asked if they cater for vegetarians they had said yes . Last night when I get there I make a payment of almost 4800 excluding my drinks which is like 300 a person .I pay at the entrance with no issues and when we enter we see that there is literally 5 things that a meat person could eat along with 2 vegetarian foods . Imagine for a dam buffet how embarassing . My self and my guest had already noticed the lack of food and already noticed what a **** place we had booked . The staff are less and are forever angry because of how this restaurant seems like they are abusing their staff but stretching them at all points of the place no wonder the staff are not happy and there is 1 person who has to make pizzas and serve the people food at the same time . My 4 year old child has to wait over 20 minutes for a pizza to get done because Billy g thinks it's good to make 2 small pizzas at a time with over 50 guests waiting and fighting for 2 small pizzas Because that's all they can cater at a time . This place is a total ******* and a waste of time.the food was terrible and I'll never recommend this place to anyone . I have been to many buffets and this is deffinatly the worst I've been to in my life . This place should be ******* for the way they advertise on Google and on their Suncoast websites about they menus but when you get there the menu is completely limited that you can count and is nothing like what is advertised . This is totally unfair to the people like us who work hard to take our families out to be **** and ********** by such a ****ty place yet no one does anything about it . From the management and Chefs I think the only good clean people there are the people who take your money at the front desk when paying . The rest are totally bull**** . We had been the only people there with a table of 17 adults being the largest group but it was impossible to eat properly because of how slow **** service you get . No wonder Google talks about health issues at this restaurant and hygiene being very poor . This is **** I'll never come back to this place
In August 2021 I Mrs Ramlotchan had suffered a heart attack and went in for a major operation for a triple heart bypass. I am writing this complaint today to tell people about the pathetic terrible service lack of communication . I being a woolworths customer for the last 15 years who has had many store accounts and had a relationship with this retail now has to suffer the stress that this company puts me through because it is taking you 1 year to contact me regarding the disability claim for my store accounts. It's funny because the time we have to pay for 10s of years for the insurance in such a case that time the money Co.es out very fast from my account and now 1 year later not one person who I have proof of the thousands calls I make to you but to no avail. Not a single person for a year seems to be fit enough to do their job that you keep asking me to send documents over and over again being the same things but till now I am paying for a year extra with such a condition and being so sickly just because you lack the professional people to deal with this claim . Being such a reputable company I find this behavior to be disgusting or just a scam . I have called emailed and spoke to Many people even seniors but till today nothing is happening . This is bull****
On the 20th April 2022 today at this moment 20h14 I enter one of your car hires at king Shaka international Authorised by my insurance to fetch one of the cars allocated to me . Earlier I had recieved a call from one of your agents from euopcar who I had told clearly that I will be sending my son to fetch the car from your premises and to take note of that as I am a bypass patient recovering. We agreed agreeded on that and my son goes to your store where he is treated so pathetically by the staff of the store epically a confused female by the name of bekhitemba who had even processed the order wrong and had to ask for assistance from another colleague. What unprofessional service is this ? Further more why I's incompetent staff at the front of your office? He was turned away from getting the car despite the arrangement made by your company with me. The female who assisted my son had more a attitude issue as I was on the call on the other end as she just shoved him aside and spoke in riddles. What mockery is this ? Also please know no person is mad to just make a arrangement or send a incorrect person to fetch a car when it is clear the lack of communication between who ever had called me and the actual store . I now being a bypass patient have to come to your store just because of your pathetic behavior from staff and the ****ty communication you should have passed on . Who is now gng to compensate me for the double trips I have to now make to you and incovience . Propper businesses don't run on such ****ty service . When asked your staff what time they close so my son could fetch me n come back there to do what's necessary they say after the last flight but cannot give me a time what attitude is this?
Pathetic service.... never answer calls even tho insurance job. Place full of mockery . Drive all the way to prospection only to be lied to that my car is still in stripping for 3 weeks now. When I go there they store your cars in other facilities. Now with the recent floods it's sad that you never answer your calls yet we are worried about our vehicle . I will not accept any waterlogged vehicle back from your business . Will also be getting inspectors to investigate for flooding of my vehicle . Most pathetic service and no promise to time keeping. What a waste
On the 03/03/2022 my vehicle had been involved in an accident while being parked stationery in traffic on the m7 while waiting for traffic to flow and out of nowhere a horse and trailer bangs into the driver side of my car smashing the 2 right side doors , front bumper breaking and also loosening all the body kit spoilers around the vehicle. My article today is to tell everyone and the public out there about what a long lengthy and terrible encounter I have had with this insurance company . 2 days after my car had been towed away for assessment with your company I have had nothing but bull**** investigations and being told that you are investigating my claim over and over . It took you 1 month of investigating and storing my vehicle in an airport facility while the payers and customers like us are left without a vehicle. Further more they put their customers through an immense amount of stress with the 100 phone calls that you have to make to them before you actually get your claim moving to the next step . My self being a person who has just recovered from a triple heart bypass had to ensure the 1 million questions that make us look like the wrong ones . Yet till date my car is not returned to me . The purpose of this is to show people that a claim to sort your vehicle with King price insurance takes over a month before it can even reach the panel shop . Despite all legal documents handed in on the very first day of my claim you guys continue to pick and find faults and go to extremes as sending private investigating officers to ask my neighbors personal questions about my family and my self . This is absolute ****ing bull**** as my neighbour's would never be able to tell u personal stupid questions that makes you take an entire month to decide if you will pay my claim or not . This is bull**** because it's us left without a vehicle because of the slow customer satisfaction sercice and sly ways . It is now the 5/04/22 and my vehicle has only been sent to the panel shop ultimate cars a week ago . Last week couple days of my car being sent to the panel shop I take a drive to see my vehicle at prospection only to realise the car is not even there and everyone at the panel shop does not know what is going on . What is the dam point in paying for an insurance company who cannot deliver nothing but making people wait . My second installment of my insurance that I've been paying for years and years is about to go out my account faithfully like it did all these years and paying you every month with no default I find this the most disgusting service by you as a company . For our personal life and family life this insurance is full of ***** and this being my first experience of actually doing a claim this is pathetic . It would be nice to know what kind of business this is operating as if you treat us like **** instead of Kings. I've lost all hope In you and your business as well as all the people who have only made this more stressful and caused more I'll health to me by the stress and catching game we have to play with you as customers . You advertise on east coast radio giving people money and advertising is the complete opposite to the way you treat people . You talk about everything on radio but even before your adverti*****ts we have been your client. I am now in a situation where i have lost all hope even in the repairs of my vehicle and to wonder if you took 1 month to decide and actually go out your way looking to not pay people with this useless tactics and not taking your customers seriously enough to get their vehicles up and running again in a satisfactory time then your business is of no use . What makes me angry is to know it's the pathetic service and time you take trying to make your customers wrong is terrible. I am completely dissatisfied .now it's 2 weeks that my car is sitting in a panel shop that is still not ready . The amount of inconvenience you have caused to my heath private life and professional life over this pathetic service cannot compare even the money that I have to spend to accommodate this slow business of yours is beyond controll . I am now lost and left to let people know that you are now what you say you are . Imagine keeping people's cars for a month b4 u repair and even when sent to repairs it does not correspond with the car progress . All my accident reports etc state clearly the problem and the damage of the car but you just expect people to be like guinea ***s because no one can even help me or explain what you will be doing to the car . Neither am I even confident that my car will be given the replacement parts needed or are you just running some scam here where you don't explain or is it normal to take this long with peoplez claims but give people money for free on the radio . What a shame .
