Won't be making use of their services again. When I order items to be collected at one of their stores - because my dogs senior food is never available in store (Greenvalley shopping center) I get everything handed to me without a bag or a box or literally anything to put it in so that I can carry it, so I have to walk out with a 1kg box of biscuits, a bag of dog food, multiple tubs of treats - and I only have two Hands. When I ordered for delivery they take so long to deliver that I have to go and buy extra's because I ran out at home! Order was placed last week Tuesday - today is Wednesday the next week. It's almost impossible to get through to someone via telephone, I've dialed the number on the order confirmation email a few times, just Finally got through to a real human and unfortunately she does Not deal with the Johannesburg area.... and no one is available for me to speak to - apparently someone will phone me back, which I doubt will happen. At this point I am so frustrated I just want my money back since I've already had to go out and buy everything again!
Literally the most frustrating website to use!! I selected Delivery and made the payment, then I see that it is on collection! I shop online so I don't have to go to a mall!! Unable to cancel and the "Help" does not let you type anything??
Just joined - Melon Mobile has great plans, and the whole process is incredibly easy from start to finish. Their WhatsApp customer support is top-notch, making everything quick and hassle-free. I really love the convenience!
When I phoned in I wasn't feeling very positive, but Masilu Mugwabana is definitely a fighter lol he was very friendly and gave good advise.
Bought a nice little birthday gift for a friend for her birthday online... and received it wrapped in plastic, instead of a nice box like you used to give in the past. How am I supposed to give someone a gift like this??? At least make it clear on the Bash website that you won't be supplying a box and give customers the option to pay extra for one!
I sold my car to them a week ago. I was very sad about letting it go, as I've had it for a while and have grown quite attached. Everything was handled with care and made super convenient. Thank you very much to Wessel Redelinghuys for being so kind and just making the whole experience so much easier. I really appreciate dealing with people like you :)
I was in a bit of a panic as my parcel was delivered to the wrong person (sender did not address it properly). Everything was sorted though, I am very happy with the communication from globe flight. Thank you
I Received my license disc within 5 days. Was in a bit of a panic as it was delivered to the wrong person (the package did not have my name on). There was no way to phone and they did not respond to my emails. I was however able to sort it out with the courier (Globe flight) directly. I will gladly recommend this service to friends and family if the communication improves as it does make renewing you license disc a lot easier.
I had some issues with my first order as the items I ordered online was not available after I had already paid for it. I was then contacted by Raeesa (after filing a complaint) who explained everything and offered a solution. I placed a new order and received my order quickly and in good condition. I Absolutely love buying things for my dogs @ ePetstore online. The ordering process is quick and easy. They are super helpful if you have any trouble ordering. Both my boys get store credit and a cute email for their birthdays. The delivery is fast and I absolutely love the hand written card I get with my orders. Such a personal touch. To Courtney, thank you so much for the Card I received this morning I loved it! even showed it to my colleagues.
