I bought luck star on at usave next to baragwanatha taxi rank soweto/diepkloof on the 31st st of March.I cooked it and eat it same day,the following day I woke up with terrible cramps,later in the day I ate the tin fish I reacted from eating it.i was rushed to the doctor and the doctor had said it's food poisoning.Can all the tin stuff be re-called as this might endanger other lives. That's the only thing I ate day before and after.i am nearly lost my life.i am still recovering from the food poisoning.

Hi I want to make a review for Midas based i woodmead the one that sell car parts etc. I was assisted by Thomas Sibeko who made sure I got my stuff that I needed. Hi absolutely amazing and know how to interact with customers. He gave clear explanation on what I needed.
Cartrack doesn't tells client that when thet sign up, they sign up to 36months contract, i was never informed. I lost my job due to Covid-19 i have been paying my premiums without skipping any payments till i lost my job, now i have approached them to tell them i was retrenched. I can't affors to pay anymore, they promised to call me to arrange affordable payment till now they havent currently they say i owe R2918 and i am expected to pay it even though i am no longer working. I am very disappointed with tge service i got ajd the treatment, i cant afford anything but i am expected to pay up all they outstanding amount without them giving me situable payments thats affordable for me. Instead they very quick to call me to pay it up.
I ordered foos via uber eatw but my order was not complete, i ordered on Thursday 2 streetwise two and krusher, if something is not at the store it right for a customer to be refunded in my case i was not refunded.
It's been 2 months i have applied for Capitec insurance, no feedback or nothing from the Capitec bank insurance, whats the purpose of being charged for insurance you, you told that upon retrenchment you will be covered by the insurance but when they have to deliver they all gone quite. Instead i get notification for my load and credit payments even though i dont receive any income at the moment but i am still expected to pay the load and credit card with the lil money that i have, i cant even make month end errands. Loan and credit have installment has been deducted from my retrenchment money not knowing that when will i get the next money. Uif hasnt paid as yet. Credit insurance from Capitec bank is so incompetent as i have sent emails with no feedback from them. I have been a good paying client while i was working the last thing i wanted to know was if i qaulifiy for the credit insurance or not. As two months is very long the money being deducted from my accounts at the moment is almost depleted as that was money for my retrenchment and its not even enough. Hope this will be taken into consideration.
I have logged complained last week with dstv and i haven't gotten feedback with,today i get a message to say i must pay R604 to enjoy to be connected,i have paid already last week this amount and i am not sure as to why it not being updated on the system as yet. The call center is just not helping the last time i spoke to one the supervisor and had said they will gt back to me still the is no feedback till today.
I have signed up for a price look with Multi-choice in 2018,the agreed amount have been debited from my account at the end of each month.From November i started having problems with my services and was disconnected due to non payment which they claim my bank had reversed the money being debited.When i inquired with the bank they had said that the funds were received by multi-choice. i have called several times but was given so many reasons i could not understand. The customer have to be notified if the debited order was not received so he or she can make proper arrangements,Terms and conditions should be explained properly to the customers.I only knew when i called the call center that due to no funds received i am now in arrears and need to pay cancellation fee of which i was never even aware of it. Customer needs to be informed in a event that the money the debit order never went off due to insufficient funds. if Dstv can have a competitor they might actually value customers.
