We moved from Wellington to Langebaan in April 2026. The move went well and communication was great, until we had a complaint. Our new Samsung Fridge was bumped and the door dented, the worker showed me that he bumped the door. I told him to not to worry as I felt sorry for him. ( that he might be held liable) Opening some boxes at least 7 plates and glass buckets were broken, again we excused them, as moving is hard work. Three weeks later we opened the last bags and boxes, and two Goose King Duvets were missing. We were told that we had 2 days to complain, no excuse and that is that. How can a large move with 60 and more boxes be unpacked in two days. They ignored my last email and that was that. I want to warn customers to search their trucks inside before they leave for hidden goods. They will not take responsibility, and use wooden crates to pack as your glassware will be broken. Pictures with dates were send to them to no avail.
The worst, most expensive experience of my life. They bill you even after you cancel your contract, and customer service doesn't exist. They should not do business in South Africa. Let's use local
Another vehicle drove into my car and I did not want to claim from my insurance because the other party was guilty. I needed documents from Outsurance to send to the other parties's insurance. The Outsurance customer service department helped me immediately, logged the claim and e-mailed the document in under 15 minutes. Well done. This is how all companies should do business!
Absolutely the most ******** and pompous bank in South Africa. They don't even answer or care to explain or help their own customers. Just take the money and ignore their mistakes. The way to do business now. List their own customers at ITC and Experian for missed payments which was their IA computer fault and then just ignore the customer's repurcussions. What a disgraceful pathetic Bank. I had a perfect clear unblemished credit record.
I have an account with Builders warehouse and want to close my account. I sent two emails to ask for the settlement amount which they supplied. I paid the settlement, but no one closed my account. After another email, my account is still open. I then phoned the head office, and they promised to close the account within 24 hours. Now two weeks later, my account is still available. How is it possible to close an account with this company???? Pathetic from them. I will never support them again.

We booked and paid for a full day of river rafting including lunch. My family included me, my wife, and two daughters. We received a half-day rafting with a half-day group and no lunch, and I paid R1200 for lunch alone. (the guide also lost our group) The camp ablutions had no water and men and women shared one toilet with no water. Only two buckets. Men used the woman's bathrooms. The electricity went out as well and a small generator was started much later and only offices were supplied. My fridge was hot and the food went bad. After three emails and one call still no feedback since 2 January.
Your new Smokey Habanero sauce is absolutely great. The taste is perfect and the heat level great. I can recommend this sauce to any person enjoying a hot sauce. The price is also good and I have replaced my regular sauce with Wellington's Habanero. Well done !!!!!
RB group manufacturing of JIK is unwilling to pay for damage to my shirt caused by a leaking bottle of JIK. I contacted their consumer relations department and received a prompt reply. I supplied all my details, pictures of the leaking JIK bottles,my shirt, the till slip, and that my hands got burnt. They kept on asking questions and also asked for my shirt slip, which I did not keep when I bought the shirt!! The have a picture. The retail shop also saw my shirt when the incident happened. The firt e mail was send on 12th of March and now the RG group diappeared.
I supplied my contact number on their website and specifically asked for HOSPITAL PLAN quotes. Nothing else. Now life cover insurance, medical emergency plans and more are calling me non stop. This is false advertising and not what I asked for!!! All these calls are wasting time.
