Good day To whom it may concern, I recently purchased two chino trousers on 21 March 2026 under your promotional offer of 2 for R200 at the Pavillion branch in Durban . As a loyal client of Kingsley Heath, I have always appreciated the exclusivity and premium quality associated with your brand. It is therefore with significant disappointment that I bring to your attention that one of the items purchased is defective. This is particularly concerning as it is not the first time I have encountered this issue with your chino trousers. For a brand positioned as exclusive and high-end, I find it unacceptable that items with visible defects are reaching the sales floor without proper quality control. As a customer who invests in your products with the expectation of superior craftsmanship and attention to detail, this experience has been both frustrating and disheartening. I trust that Kingsley Heath will take this matter seriously and address the apparent lapse in quality assurance processes.I will return the one item but the above needs to be addressed. Hi Jacques I wanted to take some time to formally recognize Dwayne Forssman for his hard work in helping me with a new purchase & trade in of one of my vehicles from Durban to JHB . I was in a very stressful situation looking a replacement vehicle for my son but when we got to Dwayne, and I am happy to report that this did not deter Dwayne from giving me excellent service. He kept his composure during this time and really assisted me in the process. This also helped calm me and my family down as purchasing a vehicle between two provinces is a process of note and could be quite stressful bearing in mind not physically seeing the vehicle or taking it for a test drive. <p>I have paid up my Blue Bean and Standard bank credit card and just can't seem to have the information on Trans union updated. I rather get more harassment calls from debt collectors demanding payments on paid up accounts. Spoke to Ian Williamson and he didn't even have the decency to respond to my emails when asked for assistance. </p> <p> </p> <p> Please help someone who is competent. </p>
