Good day To whom it may concern, I recently purchased two chino trousers on 21 March 2026 under your promotional offer of 2 for R200 at the Pavillion branch in Durban . As a loyal client of Kingsley Heath, I have always appreciated the exclusivity and premium quality associated with your brand. It is therefore with significant disappointment that I bring to your attention that one of the items purchased is defective. This is particularly concerning as it is not the first time I have encountered this issue with your chino trousers. For a brand positioned as exclusive and high-end, I find it unacceptable that items with visible defects are reaching the sales floor without proper quality control. As a customer who invests in your products with the expectation of superior craftsmanship and attention to detail, this experience has been both frustrating and disheartening. I trust that Kingsley Heath will take this matter seriously and address the apparent lapse in quality assurance processes.I will return the one item but the above needs to be addressed. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a suitable resolution. Yours sincerely,

I bought a t-shirt on the 25/02/2026 for R799.95 at Tygervalley Mall, and only wore it once then noticed that the stitching is loose (very badly sown) when my partner showed me loose threads hanging. 06/03/2026 I wrote them an email informing them I wasn't happy with the item, and Priya Chetty responded saying they will send a courier to come get the item the following day. Today is the 12/03/2026 and there's still no communication from any courier about fetching the item. For the price they expect customers to pay, not only are the garments of poor quality, it seems their customer service is worse. This is not the 1st time I'm complaining about the quality of their clothing and each time I get the same bad service and it frustrating.

Bought a Kingsley Heath jersey from the Cavendish store which was defective to the point that is ruined the clothes it was worn with. They admitted the item was defective and after several weeks of having to jump through hoops for them they offered a store credit for the item, and after a push offered a refund for the jersey. Despite admitting the item was defective and resulted in damage to my items the company very sadly would not stand by their product and refused to compensate me for the ruined clothing and the excessive inconvenience they had cause despite pitching themselves as a luxury brand. Disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer care, expected better and a degree of customer loyalty and accountability from a premium brand.

I ordered 2prs of the ladies Charlize skinny jeans. Was a little worried after reading some bad reviews. Need not have been. Excellent service, amazing product. Great quality, very well fitting jeans that are true to size. Came in lovely boxes, wrapped in tissue paper, smelt amazing too! What a pleasure. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Worst service ever. Communication is even worse, most contact numbers does not work, when you get hold of someone, they seem willing to work but without any success. I am still waiting for a order that was ordered 24 days ago. I only receved part of the order. I had to contact them (with a HUGE struggle) to let them know i did not receive my full order. Courier-it (the service they use) is even worse, trying to blame everyone else.

I am not happy with the kingsley heath services and the delivery company Courier IT. I ordered 2 items 1 golfshirt and 1 round neck shirt, but only 1 round neck shirt was delivered and the Golf shirt was not delivered. The sticker seal on the box was teared and the sticker inside the box states that only 1 quantity. I called the number on the sticker to report the matter to Kingsley heath, the number just ring no answer. I then sent email with the photos expecting feedback or email acknowledgement nothing, I called Courier IT I spoke to the lady who said to me she will find out from the driver and call me back she never called me back as we speak I do not know if my order is yet to be delivered or not I am disappointed in your services. The white T-shirt which is delivered it does not look new is got colone smell as if it was wore before and returned.

Shocking service from both the Sandton store and the online service centre in particular. There is no customer service or flexibility whatsoever. I purchased a limited edition jacket and needed to return/ exchange and unfortunately outside the window period due to extenuating circumstances. The item hasn’t been used, still wrapped up in the bag. I might as well have received an automated email from the online help desk. They do not review anything onna case to case basis nor are there any exceptions so I was sent the return policy clause. Unacceptable!

Good evening Kingsley must do better when it comes to the courier company that they are using to deliver our parcel. We can't always run around looking for our parcel. They don't even call us but when you track your parcel it say they did not get hold of you. Courier IT is not a good company to deliver our parcels. Everytime I have a parcel I must call them. It's even worse my parcel is from Durban the person who sent it to JHB wrote a wrong address. Now who's fault it is because I did not not write that address. My order was divided into 3, 2 with the right address and 1 with the wring address. I am not expecting to receive a gift voucher because of the incompetency of the courier company that you are using. We spend a lot of money at Kingsley to receive this kind of service. Kingsley should be working with company's like courier guy not courier it. I am going on leave and I want my parcel ASAP.
