My nephew lost his phone and went back to ask for help, maybe someone handed it in as a lost and found or even a staff member, the seemed to be helpful at first but as soon as I told her my concerns she was rude and said dismissed me.
<p>I recently changed my bank account so my Telkom debit order bounced. I went to pay manually and immediately updated everything, Telkom now wants me to pay R200 extra cos it bounced,I was never told of this when I joined and the consultant tells me it doesn't matter if I was told or not I must pay... The service is terrible and company is ripping people off. It must just shut down</p>
