Talita was exceptionally healthy. She is highly competent, efficient, knowledgeable, empathic and swift with result. There ought to be more company representatives like her.
Saw reviews stating how great they are etc. YES, they are, once you have deposited your initial funds, they help you trade. You see an amazing profit first days, thereafter, they want to give you a bonus (which you will have to pay back) and start requesting more and more funds. They even asked my elderly mom if she has a house, other savings and what not. Even told her to borrow money. My mom stopped answering calls, realising she couldn't withdraw and suddenly she has a nil account balance. I am writing this review to warn others.
Exceptional service. Absolutely surpassed any hopes or expectations I may have had. Hlomi arranged superfast fitment (within 4 hours). She was polite, efficient and friendly - absolute superstar. The two gentlemen who came to do the windscreen fitment, completed the task with great care and precision. Very professional. Their price was also unbeatable. Superb - thanks BSG.
No support or financial assistance after losing job. Policyholder for 11 years. I have had salary protection in place for 11 years. I lost my job end last year and turning to them for help, they have left me destitute and disappointed. 8 months later, I have not been able to secure employment, pay my creditors and have lost my car and am on the verge of losing my home as well. I really believed in them. They let me down.

Wow. Non-existent customer service. Horrified. My boyfriend inserted his cell number incorrectly and we did therefore not receive notification when they tried to deliver Temu packages. Fair enough BUT almost a week later, with numerous email requests, WhatsApp message attempts (supposedly connecting me to an agent), calls and any other means tried to get the urgent parcel delivered and perhaps the cellphone number changed, there has been no success or communication or responses or help. For a company catering for the enormous Temu now, they should really drop the bots and have HUMANS with whom consumers can interact!
Not getting a resolve to an urgent issue. Being sent from pillar to post. I mistakenly transferred money to a linked account on my banking app and am urgently trying to get the funds back as there is now a major delay on the account I should have paid 😞
Following on from my last review where I had pre-admission to hospital for treatment and I everything should have been settled with the hospital, Discovery was kind enough to settle the majority of the bill. I hace still however received notification of an outstanding amount of R24,177. 71 which was not settled. The hospital was for psychiatric treatment following severe depression. Discovery failing to fulfil their end and dropping me, whilst everything was submitted in-hospital and I was assured all was fine, has caused me renewed anguish. :-(
Other medical aids out there that are more affordable and dependable. I lost my job recently and medical aid was to end at the end of November. I had a mental breakdown and severe depression and was sent to Akeso for treatment. Treatment was approved with Discovery by the clinic BEFORE I went in. All treatments in-hospital for mental health covered and up to 21 days annually. I was admitted for less days as Discovery allowed less days due to single consultations with a psychologist before admission. Take note that, one hour-long consultation with a psychologist (meant to have come from MSA) was equal to a full day's stay in facility. A bit over a month later and I am receiving notifications from Discovery regarding hospitalisation and treatments they have not paid. And this appears to be almost the entire admission!!! The amounts not paid by Discovery to the healthcare provider is almost totalling R60,000.00. I am not going to be able to pay this?? The reason for treatment was due to becoming unemployed and severe depression. This unpaid is therefore so distressing it has caused worse depression and mental health. Discovery is *************.
WOW! From the best bank to ----> not quite sure yet. Proudly joined FNB by opening a cheque account in February 2023. I do not spend much time on the internet so only just saw that there is a "LOAN ACCOUNT" on my new cheque account?! I do not have a loan with FNB - never have had and one for R180k? I cannot get hold of anyone to explain what is going on... Very disappointed and not so proud to be a customer anymore.
