How does UPS run their company???? The UPS driver arrived at our offices today stating he was here to collect a parcel, he had no idea who the customer was he was collecting for, we asked him to call his office and find out more details but we were told he had no airtime. We had to call the UPS office and find out the information. How can a driver arrive with no information whatsoever and no airtime. I suggest that UPS management seriously evaluate their business and service.
I have been calling Thrifty refund department for over a month now and still cannot get our refund. I have spoken to Sinhle and Mango on numerous occasions and now trying to get hold of Mr Sulliman, no answer. We are extremely disappointed in the service and will never use Thrifty car hire again.
My husband and I were witness to the management dealing with a table of guests who were complaining about the bad service (and rightly so) both the owner and manager were very rude to their guests and I thought that was very unprofessional indeed, my husband and I will never go back there in let a sour taste in our mouths (excuse the pun)
<p>My new microsoft phone I got on contract is VERY disappointing, only having if for just over a month the screen and pohne has frozen 3 times. We dropped it off on the 30.6.2017 at President Square branch .</p> <p>I have been corresponding with Ernest Tutuba Mngoma since then and up until now I have had no joy whatsoever.</p> <p>I have explained that I am losing so much business. I do not want the phone repaired and I do not want the same phone again it is far too unrealiable and not suitable.</p> <p>I would like to cancel my contract due to the unacceptable service I have received.</p> <p>Very frustrated and disappointed. </p>
