I received professional service from the Budget service agent who helped me. They helped me to insure my vehicle at the best price!
I was assisted by Branden Persadh. He was patient with me as English is not my first language and I also had to look for the information that needed to be recorded. I am very happy with the service I received from him.
Unhelpful on the phone and per email. * Email enquiries do not get answered when send. * Call centre employees are not qualified to help employers with enquiries.

Bad bad service!!! I booked a ticket online from East London to Modimolle!!! It gave me an option where the East London bus arrives at 8h00 and the Modimolle bus leaves at 8h15!!! When I called them to tell them the East London bus is running late they told me that I'm going to forfeit my ticket and that I will not be refunded!!! This delay is not my fault and I should be compensated!!!
