Address captured wrong from the start. Then got the address corrected. Express delivery took more than 2 days. Ended up collecting the package. Overall very poor
I called the courier 3 days in a row and 3 days they are giving me stories regarding my parcel. Today they do not have a driver. 1st day the driver went to wrong address. They also refuse to let me collect my parcel. I use courier service on a weekly basis. Ram is the worst. Would not recommend to anyone
I was at la rocca restaurant in canal walk to break my fast last night and had the worst experience ever. I waited for 20 minutes b4 my order was taken and then another hour for my food. I ordered crumbed mushrooms as a starter but the mushrooms came after the main course. Food came after 1 hour and my steak was overdone. Not the way i ordered. On top of that the place is dirty with ****roaches roaming around which i have pictures of. So after fasting whole day i had to wait over an hour to eat.
My issue was resolved but communication is poor. They dont reapond to emails. They dont call back with feedback and a lot of time dont even answer.
So i have a parcel booked though Courierit SA on friday from Milnerton to Schaapkraal. Today is Monday and still not delivered. When i called i get a “we will deliver tomorro. We found your parcel now but cant deliver today. You know its festive so things are messy” So why did i pay for courier? I couldve fetch it myself or use another company. They quick to take your money but when it comes to working then they become lazy. Pathetic service from courier it. Last time i use them Wouldve given 0 stars
Evert felix is a very arrogant salesman. When clients ask him questions regarding purchase offer, he threatens to pull back the sale. He promises stuff and does not stick to it..... He was supposed to arrange my spotters fee which he also didnt or maybe he pocketed the fee.
So i bought a washing machine about 3 years ago. From the start its giving me problems. I contacted Hisense South Africa and everytime they just send out a technician. The technician "fix" it then it goes on. Few months down the line same thing happens. From the start they did not want to replace the machine.... Now they are telling me it is too late to change it... #Hisense #poorservice
I booked 2 parcels on 21st july 2020 for collection on 22nd july 2020....today is the 23rd and its still not collected.i called the depot 10 times today.the excuse was that the driver was late so he ddnt collect.today i called the depot and they told me the driver will be by me in couple minutes.its been more than an hour....still no show
I have a provident fund policy with liberty....ive been retrenched for 3 months now and still waiting on payout.they come up with all kinds of excuses and the fault lies with them.
Shayne Steynberg does excellent work at this place. goes the extra mile to help clients. definitely recommend anyone to use them
