I was applying for a loan and I am still waiting for the lady to call me back, she told me to put down the phone because the popup didn't want to work, she said she will call me back after I approved the de*****eck, now she is not called back at all and it is already 20min waiting for the phone call. I think I was ****med by them in the name of mobisos, because why aren't the lady phoning back and paying me the loan amount I have requested2 replies

Horrified Client more than R14000 ****** between 9 months
please stay away from FNB, yesterday I had over R700 in my account, today I have less then R400 in my account, I went statement to check if it might be bank fees but bank fees is R7.50 on the statement. Now I am *****ed, because I was planning to use that money for transport for the weekend and now FNB have ****** R400+ from my account and it is nowhere to be traces on my statements, it disappeared into thin air just like the time when I had bigger amounts that just disappeared into thin air from FNB bank3 replies

In Arrears even if U are Infront of with your payments
Please never go buy here or make an account open here, because we are paying every time beforehand but they keep telling us we owe when we are actually Infront with our payments. Somebody their is not doing their job properly. Because how can U owe if U are Infront with your payments3 replies

Drivers that don't want to stop in long routes
INTERCAPE I NORMALLY LOVE YOUR BUSSES, BUT I WON'T WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN FOR A TRIP TO DURBAN BECAUSE THE DRIVERS SAID TOILET ONLY FOR A NUMBER 1 (PEE) AND THAT WE NEED TO REQUEST A STOP IF WE WANT TO DO NR 2 (POO) SO SINCE PTA WE HAD ZERO STOPS FOR POO'S AND ZERO STOPS FOR REFRESHMENTS. WHEN I ASKED THE DRIVER FOR A STOP AS I NEED TO POO AND I CANNOT HOLD IT IN HE JUST GAVE ME A LOOK AND WE STILL PASSED EVERY POSSIBLE GARAGE THAT WHERE WE COULD'VE HAVE STOPPED FOR A POO ETC. Old Mutual Beware they do fruad
For some reason my file does not exist, I have sent them many proofs that I cannot enter my account but I pay every month via a stop order from my pay sheet, but according to them my file exits and does not exit. Do U Know that the following is against the POPI Act, please inform your HC. And I did pay mos something small. Mrs Y Gibson, Avoid a Trace Alert against your ID at the Credit Bureau. Pay R923.85 via EasyPay ***50 252 for TVLic *** HC ***. So SABC if U keep on harrasing me I will only then give U 1cents per month.
