Very disappointed in the service and lack of transparency of this company. As a body corporate they lack accountability. We have not had electricity for almost a week now because we have been disconnected. BC did not inform us of being behind with payments as a complex. They do not want to provide owners with proof of payments to show they have been paying, they don't want to provide us with the finances of the complex. They have changed portfolio managers so many times. Their entire service is absolutely unprofessional and shady. Extremely disappointed. If I could rate 0 star... I would

He was cheerful and so so helpful. he has a familiar nature about him that doesn't feel like you are talking to a stranger. He provided information i had not initially requested but came to realize was very informative and helpful with my query. Absolutely amazing service!!!
