I bought a 2nd hand Chevy spark. I took the vehicle in and the replaced the waterpump,waterbottle and cap. the next morning my vehicle overheated. the service advisor told me to drive the vehicle as is, from pretoria to midrand. My engine oerheated and the engine seized. After a long battle with Top Care Auto i had to pay over R9500 to get it through engineering and fixed. I had to take the vehicle with NO WARRANTY on their work. After getting the vehicle back i complained about the timing and incorrect idling. The engine seized a month after getting it back from Top Care Auto. They came back to me, saying its an old vehicle and I had no warranty and they wont help me. The engine is totally ruined and i had to pay R20000 t get a new engine and get it replaced. I will not take my vehicle to them or want anybody to support them. They are ****** and they dont know what they are doing. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE, IT WILL COST YOU EVERYTHING!
IN January 2026 i contacted the Motor ombudsman. i filed my papers and got a case nr. both sides arguments were filed and received in January. I have ow send more than 20 emails and phoned multiple times and have ot received any communication back from them. My car broke down again and had to wait for the case officer to come and investigate and inspect the engine. Its now more than 5 months later and I have not received anything back from them and I cant repair my vehicle until they have done the investigation.
I was de*****ed out of R60000 by an Absa client. I contacted Nedbank immidiatly and i also opened a case at the SAPS because nedbank didnt want to hel0 me without a case nr. I spoke to a betty at nedbank and she is the person who investigates *****ulant transactions. the person who de*****ed me is an absa client. Though there was an investigation launched from Nedbank and absa, they never contacted me again. The absa client acknowladge that he took my money on an affidavit, and saif that he plans to give it back bit hes account is frozen. Nedbank wasnt giving me any feedback on my case and i had to contact them everytime and stil no response. I might receivr an update after every 4-5 times i have contacted them. Nedbank eventually came back to me and saif that there is an arangement to pay back the money and its now a closed case with absa and nedbank as it became a civil case. They stated hes acknowladgement yhat he took my money on the affidavit is the agreement to paynit back and therefore absa and nedbank can close the case and distand themself from the issue. For the record, there has been NO arangement from the absa client and myself. Neither nedbank or Absa have received a signed formal or written arangements as proof to close the case. The absa client have morw than than clients whos money he stole Absa have unfrozen the clients account and he now has acced to to all the peoples money he stole and de*****ed. Absa and nedbank have done nothing on this case and have helped a ******** get away eith more clients money. Absa and Nedbank are doing nothing to stop *****ulant clients. As long as they get yhere money, the other clients dont matter. I am now R60k in debt becaise I had to make a loan to cover the ****** money where Ndbank and Absa helped a ******** to get away wiyh the money.
Do not go to Compcare, They give you ridiculous amount of saving. For my family, it works out to R183.33 per person per month. With that savings, you have to do GP Visit, Dental Visits, Xrays, Eye Test and many more....all on the crazy savings amount of R183.00per person. Stay away from them! dont waste your money on this medical aid...its a rippoff.
I am so dissapointed in Supersonic. if a lower rating could be given, i would have gone lower I have the 30g day/30g night data. Most months i carry data over to the next month. for the month of december i started with 42gig(12gig that carried over from Novermber) by the 8th of December ALL my data was "used up". I have now struggled for more than a week to get hold of somebody to help me. you have to hold on for a very long time before you get a person on the other end that is either not in the mood to help you and just give you attitude or simply just want to put you through to the next department, which means customer care want to put you through to technical and the technical department wants to put you through to customer care....and so you are transferred to both deparments with no help or propper support. chris
Goodday I have a query with Care cross (selfnet option), for more than 3 weeks. I have been following up everyday with makazole Ngamlama and he doesn't respond back and when he respond to me, he doesn't say anything. I have asked numerous times for a call back and to date,I have not received any calls from them. I have a claim for medication they didn't pay back yet. Even with me following up daily, the only response I get back from the claim, is an automated response that says they will contact me in 24h00....it has been more than 3 weeks....I am disgusted with the way the treat people. They are the worst medical aid!
<p>I have had a very bad experience with Genesis medical aid.</p> <p>I signed up in late 2016, in 2017 they changed the medical aid saving benefits from yearly to quarterly.</p> <p>Aftermany complains about their service or the doctors that cant even find my profile with genesis and not paying the doctors.</p> <p>On the 18/4/2017 I requested my saving amount that was left for the quarter, they eventually replied my email and said my balance was R352.71! The doctors submitted the claim and they only paid R7 and some change to the R350 account, although my savings available...</p> <p> </p> <p>I then gave my notice on to leave them becuase I was very unhappy with the way I got treated,my queries was handled and offcourse, them not paying the doctors bills wth the available savings funds. </p> <p> </p> <p>When I queried the medical aid about the last payment, they said they will not pay it because I left genesis medical iad and becuase I left genesis, my savings that I had was gone. </p> <p> </p> <p>I dont understand this, because I received the balance of my savings amount on the 18/04/2017, the claim was submitted on 24/04/2017, I only cancelled my membership, with one month notice on 02/05/2017 but the claim was refused to be paid because I decided to leave genesis medical aid.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never recomend Genesis to any person as I feel they are only in to take your money and dont really care about the people who pay them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p> <p>Chris </p> <p> ********** 540</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
