Why does Telkom bill my account even after I cancelled my contract and received confirmation of that cancellation? Ref: 788649167A , for contract cell no 0812431128 I keep reversing the money with my bank and telkom still continues to debit me with different reference numbers. TELKOM, THAT’S A FORM OF FRAUD. I’ve paid my dues, my two year contract with you is done plus I ordered a cancellation of that account 2-3 months in advance as per your stupid cancellation timeline process. What more do you want from me? (Cancellation reference from August: 34926419) Please stop doing that!
I really loved the service I received from Mark Abrahams from the Cape Town office. I was at risk of losing my bursary (applied for at my job) if I didn’t produce proof of registration. I had less than 24hrs to do it. Paid registration fee on 27 August 2019 at night, I emailed Mark and on 28 August 2019 at 9:01am he had sent me registration form to complete. I completed the form and sent it to him before 10am and by 10:30am or so I had my student number and proof of registration. Thank you, Mark. Keep up the great work and I hope you get recognized for this.
Hi there A lady from your call centre called me over a week ago to let me know that you ran out of stock on the iPhone 7. I had ordered this phone from you online about 2-3 weeks ago! I told her to cancel my order and refund me my R399. She said she will process the cancellation. Now I got a different sms this past sunday telling me that order is being processed and you're waiting for stock! I don't want to wait for any stock. Please cancel my order and refund me my money from the same bank account you debited me. I am not accepting this contract! You can't process something when I have asked for it to be cancelled and it was confirmed that the cancellation would happen! I sent an email to ********** and i didn't get a response!

I sold my old Polo Vivo in Jan 2018 and bought a BMW. I told the lady from Tracker that is based in BMW AutoBahn that the old tracker on the Polo must be cancelled and a new unit must be installed for the BMW. Now i recently found out that since Feb 2018 until now, I have been paying two tracker premiums! One for the BMW and one for the Polo Vivo. I traded the Polo in to BMW in Jan 2018, so it has been 8 months since the ownership moved from my name. I need tracker to repay me the premiums I have been paying on the Polo Vivo. I can't be paying for a car that I do not own anymore.

She sent me my two paid up letters which confirmed that the two loans (491226 and 473683) have been settled in April. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now problem is, Getbucks listed me as a bad payer/my account reflects as outstanding when I pull a credit check. Of which the accounts are long settled and Phindile said that she would send a request to have my name delisted from the credit bureau. She advised it will take 21 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has been a little over 21 days and my name hasn't been cleared. I pulled a credit check and the two accounts are still outstanding on the credit bureau although the two accounts were long paid in April.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need to apply to for a home loan ASAP.
