Royalty Rewards, FNASERV and DPN are involved in a scam of fraudulent Debit Orders on my account. They hit me in April 2018 and Again in July 2018. I have lodged a complaint against FNB but they could do nothing about it ( so much for entrusting a bank with your money). Anyway FNB promised a system of control for these DOs and I believe we should have it by year end. Isn’t there a way to arrest these scam artists? Regards. (Please check your account regularly)
FNB has allowed a minimum of 4 unauthorized debit orders on my account in 2017. Fortunately the amounts are small and I was able to reverse them via their app. The unaothorized debit orders keep coming back and are rustrating, and FNB keeps passing the buck, explaining that the debit orders are coming from third parties. *Bottom-line* I am not an expert in Debit Order/payment systems but the bottom-line is: I entrust FNB with my money and they should look after it and accept responsibility when they (FNB) release funds without my authority.
I requested a contract cancellation on 25/10/2017. I made 2 follow up requests with the call center at the start on December, but to this day, have received no feedback and the contract is active and service is unused and not needed. Telkom is forcing me to pay for a service/product I no longer need despite my numerous efforts to cancel it. Why?

Hi. I was debited by Retriever Fintech on 26/6/2017 for R99. My bank gave me their details. On contacting them I was referred to the benefciary company called Tele Infinity which I didn't know existed. .

They asked me if I had been contacted and offered vouchers to which I replied that I don't remember and even if offered I'd have said "no".

They promised to 1) stop the debit from future occurrences, 2) investigate the incident.

it is from my that these disputable R99 debits are familiar on this hellipeter site.

I have proceeded to reverse the R99 debit order with my bank and hope it doesn't happen again.
