I placed an order on the 22nd April. The website says delivery in 7-14 working days. 14 days later, no order and no update. after 3 weeks I was told there wee delivery delays due to the storm which is understandable if it weren't for the fact that this was delayed before the storm. At no point in this time was I kept informed, I had to keep calling and emailing for an update. Eventually when the waybill was sent, I was told 5-7 working days from then. Almost a month later on the 18th May I eventually receive the order which I had to return because the items were very visibly damaged. Is this not checked before dispatching? Now i'm told the replacement stock will take 5 working days. The absolute worst experience EVER! Worst timelines, zero communication. I kept getting told "we tried to call" no phone calls.
My debit order is set to the 15th. EVERY single time the 15th falls on a Sunday or Public holiday, for some reason WFS is unable to run the debit order so they send me "failed to pay" notifications and charge late fees to my statement for their incompetence in being unable to run the debit order before or after. I NEVER have this issue with any other debit order, have reached out to them EVERY single time this happens and here we are again. Pathetic!
I logged a query in March. I have been mailing various divisions in Standard Bank and BlueBean on a continuous basis for 5 months. I have tweeted them aswell. It takes a week to respond to my e-mails and I keep getting a different consultant and have to explain the same problem over and over. I have asked to be contacted by phone and this happened ONCE. In the past 5 months I have been incurring the costs of the "service charges" while receiving NO service. Standard bank is renowned for this pathetic service and they have made ZERO effort to fix this issue. I switched banks for another product 6 years ago for this very reason. I should cancelled all my products with them at the same time! If they sorted this out immediately, it wouldn't have been this bad but their ability to completely ignore customer is what causes my blood to boil. PATHETIC Standard Bank. If you guys are consistent with anything, it's poor service!
