<p>I am absolutely disgusted with the service at your store in Mall of the South. My Samsung phone was stolen this morning so I rushed out to MTN to buy a new one as I need a phone to run my business. I bought a Samsung Z4. Switch it on to find out it runs on Tizen OS and not Android. The sales consultant at the store assured me I can download all apps. I cannot even download my banking app on my phone (as well as most of the other apps I require) as Tizen is not compatible with many android apps. I phoned the store as I am now sitting with a phone I cannot use. The sales consultant promptly informed me I cannot exchange the phone. I asked to speak to the manager, who laughed in the background and said NO. The sales consultant informed me she was "busy with another client." First of all, I feel like I should've been informed that this phone did not run on Android like other Samsung phones, and secondly I believe that the manger and staff at the Mall of the South branch need to desperately go on some customer service training. Completely disgusted.</p>
