Hopeless communication. Faulty product needed to be returned at my own cost, and I have had no communication or response. It's been 4 weeks. I don't think I'll ever get a replacement or a refund! Don't waste your time dealing with this company.
Waste of time. Half the time they can't fulfil your order and then it takes forever to get a refund. Delivery takes at least 2 weeks and the quality of goods is pretty shabby. I'm not going to bother again If they published reviews, then maybe...
Their customer service is pathetic. I have had incorrect and non-working stuff delivered and it's a real struggle to return and get your money back. Last week I ordered goods and payment went through, but the order didn't I have written emails complaints in their chat box and NO RESPONSE! They will not acknowledge they messed up and have not refunded. Many times their offers are out of stock but remain listed for months!! Very unreliable and nowhere close to class acts like TAKEALOT....And don't expect to be able to call them - the phone answering service just says "we are not taking calls anymore"!!!!! So you're on your own. What kind of business model is this??
What a complete ripoff - exploiting the visa situation with glee. No public warning about charges - where to go -how to get in, and then wham they hit you with a R1000 fee to take your fingerprints..it's a criminal and gangster mentality - milk us with your exploitation racket..AND NEVER ANY response .....
Product quality sucks in many cases. A review of products would be great. Delivery and returns take forever. So cheap prices, but there's a catch!
I think there's a scam going on here. I have booked Airbnb both locally and internationally many times, and am well aware that when I book and pay for international accommodation, I am liable for a foreign currency fee. I pay in ZAR, the vendor is paid in their home currency and every bank then applies a conversion rate and takes a fee. BUT if it's local accommodation, paid in ZAR and the vendor receives ZAR, then Airbnb maintain there should be NO fee and whenever I have used ABSA or Nedbank, there hasn't been one. NOW I have a new STD credit card and they are charging a fee. Is it possible that EVERY South African who is booking an end-of-year holiday in SA is paying this "imaginary" fee??? I can't believe that. And please don't come back with "a service agent will be in touch" They won't . I called to complain, about 2 weeks ago, and nobody gets back to you!
Brilliant service from a prompt response to my quote request right through to delivery and installation! No fault at all, and very competetive pricing.
Outstanding, knowledgable, and very keen to help me with my various queries. I could not have wished for better service.
I have a problem with lounge access. How do I know whether I qualify as they have this ridiculous rule of requiring a certain spend per quarter PER VISIT (And this rule is hidden very far away on their website)? So I need to log in, download individual month statements, work out which quarter is applicable, and then guess how many visits I've had and how many I may still have!! And if I'm wrong they say nothing at the lounge - you just get charged afterwards! It's pathetic! How hard would it be to simply say on my statement "You qualify for X visits this quarter - Month A to Month C " And then a SMS to say "Well done - you have Y visits left this quarter!" or something cheerful like that...BUT NO, THAT WOULD BE TOO HARD!!!
#greatbusiness My TV set packed up within warranty and the service I got from national office in JHB and the local agent, Albert, was no less than amazing. They visited my house, assessed teh problem and returned within 3 days to repair it on site, always calling to keep me informed. Well done to you all!
