Went to the fix centurion during lunch, first there was no one on the tills when the lady came eventually I was told I can't put 1 item on laybye went back took another item put in the item I wanted to put on laybye was 500 . Then when I called oit my ID I was advised I can't be assisted without a physical ID even i had one in my emails.. who carries ID everywhere. Disgusting and disappointed

I so wished I had read the reviews first about fair price then I would have known that it's no go area .. I had such a horrible experience first the staff is so unprofessional worse the manager Leon couldn't even keep other ended up arguing with the staff me and her shouting at each other because of f horrible customer service. Lay-Byed a head bord when I went to collect today there was no stock told me they can't even make a plan I must take a different one ., I think they must look at their sales and checked why the store is not making money as I was cancelling my order 2 more people were doing the same .. service goes a long if you want to be valued as a client do no go to fair price at all
Spoke to a guy named Shaun he was professional and made me valued as a client
Mkhensani was very professional n sufficient.. Her quick response was awesome and she checked on me on to make sure I am OK.. I am overwhelmed by her level of service
Worst service by dstv.. First of all we paying a lot of money for nonsense.. Now I pay my account and for some reason my funds were not allocated I call them using my airtime and speak to the lady by the name Nokwethemba mlaba the call takes the whole ****en hour n she still choose not to assist first of all she speaks English which she only understands and girl decides to put me on hold for 20 minutes.. I hang up and call again the next person is able to help within few minutes clearly Nokwethemba mlaba is incompetent.. On that note give her proper training

I am disgusted by the level of service nandos Phillip nel park has to offer. I got there all the staff members were sitted on the dinning area as I customer I thought I am given first preference. Mind due I am on my last trimester of my pregnancy I had to wait for them because the excuse that I was given is that they are on lunch.. Food looks horrible. The customer service sucks I won't recommend it to anyone else
I am obviously still busy with my claim but through my difficult time I was assisted by the lady named Bridget Matlala she made me feel like she was really there to assist me and make the process as pain free as possible. She did follow up as promised and checked if I was OK through the process I think if miway could get more employees like her, the business is going far because of her I would be a client of miway over and over again. And would also recommend it to my family and friends
