FRNCH x Thameenah Saint
Frnch sells beautiful clothes. Their recent collection with Thameenah Saint was absolutely gorgeous!! However the delivered goods was surely far from advertised. Frnch however stepped offered me a full refund on the said item! Customer service - 2/5 Product - 1/5 Resolution - 5/5

2159264NF - still waiting for a follow up it’s been 22 days
Nthaniseng Phuti of FNB fraud department is a huge fraudster herself. She called me this morning to state that someone called her regarding fraud from business account, she called me, didn’t verify my name, ID or even my company name, she asked me “ do you sell X product” and I responded yes, she then took the liberty of blocking my business account on the busiest business week of the month, when I went to the branch to rectify the issue, Nthaniseng Phuti tells me that I didn’t deliver product in 2 days as per the agreememt that my client has told her. She didn’t care to apologize for her barbaric and racist behavior towards me. She has also let out personal information about the owners name and address to the client in concern. FNB should have a measure of security involved before blocking an account, I constantly have sufficient funds available in my account. Nthabiseng Phuti is a fraudster working in fraud department of FNB. I have lost out on serveral thousand rands in sale due to a lack of ethics and principles that should have been applied by an FNB staff. After refunding my client using a different business account, I was told, I made a wrong decision. FNB needs to employ sufficiently educated individuals with common sense. I will not rest my case. Nthabiseng Phuti, you asked me if I sell “x product”. You did not do any form of security question, you took the liberty of making your own decision that best benefited you and not FNB. You gave the ordinary man on the street my personal information. When I questioned you about it, you said “ I have your business profile, I don’t need to verify it”. Nthabiseng Phuti, you take the gold medal for fraud.
