I deeply regret taking my car to them for my car's Alternator Replacement. At first they seemed very helpful and friendly, but once I had dropped my car, suddenly there was a R1'200 difference in the price of the new alternator for my car. They claimed it's because my car's model had two options and only when they removed the old one could they see that it was the more expensive version alternator needed. True or not, they claimed they could not keep their original quote - despite my providing them with model, vin and engine number. Also, they were clueless about the immobiliser. Then, when my car was ready for me to collect, ever so friendly when I paid without complaining, I had to drive straight back into their workshop because there was an awful mechanical noise coming from the engine when I drove. Rightfully, I was a little annoyed and when I asked what on earth that could be I was "reprimanded" for having "an attitude unconducive to good relations". The attitude I received was un-called for and childish. Only after I apologised did they agree to have a look. I was horified to disvover that the engine brackets were replaced badly / misaligned and would surely not have been missed at a professional auto repair shop. They did not even apologise for their mistake. Instead I received resentful, grumpy attitude from them. Now, a few months after the fact, there is still a knocking noise at times from my car's engine compartment. I wish I could turn back time. I'm not going back to them. I'll have to get it looked at somewhere else. If I were you I would give them a total miss, regarding mechanical auto repairs. Not sure what their other services are like, but I will delete them from my memory all the same.
Superb service, and friendly attitude. My laptop's HD upgrade to SSD 100% Also, your UPS is the perfect solution to my having "always on Internet". Thank you! I highly recommend West Coast IT . :-)
They are harrassment specialists. They call repeatedly and when I connect (answer the call) the line goes dead. Like they cut the line. Their system shows they called. I would even venture a guess that they write in their system feedback, "customer (me) put the phone down". When they do speak to me they never ask if I can talk at that moment, and they always ask for me, mispronouncing my name, even though I answer my cell stating my name. Lastly, when they get around to discussing payment plans (for debt collection) they claim I can select what I can afford but they insist on an amount that is best for them and not me. I don't see how it's a fair arrangement. In conclusion. I wish they would make use of emails. These are way better for discussions, and both parties will have records of what was discussed and agreed upon. These continuous and useless phonecalls are insane and serve no purpose except to harrass.
Sorry to say but we are not pleased with the end result of the new French door. It is better than what we had but... We had to call them back to trim it because it wasn't closing properly. It is better now but still not great as the only way it stays closed is to actually keep it locked. Not ideal. Also there was no advice provided regarding the inevitable removal of the trelli door and awning. They said that that was not their "problem".
Pieter is a first-class attorney. My case was a botch-up by another attorney and PSB took it over and handled it fast, efficiently and professionally. He is a credit to the legal profession. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you, PSB. #SupportLocal
Ryan is 100% hands-on, and always puts the customer first. His experience and expertise is unprecedented. Superb work ethic. He'll repair components (if possible) rather than simply replacing them. He considers all options and gives the customer choices, while being totally honest about risks. I'll never go anywhere else for repairs to my computers. Thx Ryan. You are the best.!
Is it a coincidence? The same day i was refused a loan two illegal debit orders went off on my bank account. I found other people complaining about the same debit order scam and many of them reported having also applied for loans. Could the loan offer be a scam to get ones bank account numbers so that the scam can be put in place?? In any event, their “lack of reason” for the declined loan is already suspicious. Furthermore... could the banks be in on the scam? For each fraudulent debit order that one wishes to “stop” the banks charge a fee. So they get rich too off the fraudulent debit orders. Very suspicious indeed.
They somehow managed to debit my account R65 I did not authorise this. !!! 0873302501 is a number they are using but you don’t get to speak to any one!! Theives. They are connected to the other thieving company: Rescue247 and are A Randgo and United Mall Initiative Fancy meaningless names for thieves!!!
