Horrible Horrible experience Please Be warned
Horrible Horrible experience Please Be warned When you take in your pc for an hdmi that doesn't connect , pc itself , perfect working condition the day before . Perfect speed. Perfect gaming and graphics Be prepared to lose your windows profile To lose all your apps The guy to reinstall windows To change your whole God damn pc . When you get it back . Monitor still doesn't go on. Take it back They say it's fixed Go pick it up again .only to see your profile all desktop items missing all apps all games missing and when you restart pc goes straight into safe mode Then to hear oh no sorry the windows profile was *******ed out of the blue. *******ed. Excuse me then to find out oh no . They booted with the wrong drive. But it works . Pc works. Well Jee Thanks Mr IT GUY. HOW ABOUT WARN PEOPLE? warn someone that you will mess with everything and that they will lose everything. Also not sure if Any of my fallout or starfield saved data is lost. Having to reinstall each program manually Huge loss. Huge regrett using them Lack of communication from technician side . I don't know his name but I would generally avoid them if you want to be in the dark and without a working pc for a week. Rather get a trusted friend that understands IT than use these guys . Update Where my machine took 2 seconds to startup. It now takes almost an hour just to boot. Then is incredibly slow. Ps this was a monster pc with the best nividia drives best ran best everything I am now having to go to another IT person that to get the MESS SORTED that Craig created. Best of all when I took the pc I explained PCis perfect it's just an HDMI problem He said oh okay Power but no display Easy fix. That's all communication that took place.

I highly recommend West Coast IT
Superb service, and friendly attitude. My laptop's HD upgrade to SSD 100% Also, your UPS is the perfect solution to my having "always on Internet". Thank you! I highly recommend West Coast IT . :-)
