Disgusting and pathetic service from everyone especially Siya!!!!! Lighting struck my unit 1 of the trustees sent a maintenance person out. When I asked Siya to investigate he asked me for the details of the maintenance person. I constantly have to follow up. Today he had a nerve to tell me he assisted me on a Saturday, he then proceeded to tell me I must send him a summary of my convo with the trustee as if I work for trafalgar. I am still waiting for the quote I am still waiting for them to tell me what the insurance says. I am still waiting for him to send me their complaints department, I have never in my life experienced such poor service sies, what a disgrace for a company to have such an employee. If this does not get resolved this week I am laying a complaint with the CSOS
I am highly disgusted by the accounts department, I made arrangements last year to pay my account which I did. Up to today they are still sending me account statements saying I am in arrears. I have spoken to multiple ppl over the phone and at the gym itself, all they say is it will be sorted out. Yet I am still getting notifications saying I am in arrears. This is totally unacceptable, I want my account closed reflecting R0 owing!!!!!! I stayed true to the agreement I had with virgin active, yet they are still trying to ***** me out of more money

I have been a victim of *****/impersonation. With an ongoing case with police and attorneys. Debt was taken out on my name almost 4 years ago. The debt was suppose to be prescribed. Dmc will not stop harassing me, they have send Charles Davies to my work place he will not stop harassing me even after explaining the situation. This man is so rude, you really need to gets your facts in order before harassing ppl. I am truly disturbed
Official complaint against this service provider. I called on the 5th November to advise that my line keeps on loosing connection. They said my line is damaged. They will send someone out within the next 2 days. No one came I called again, they forced me to do tests and blamed it on my UPS we tested without the UPS, it was still dropping, they said they will send someone out, no one came, since then I have phoned over 10 times everytime they say someone will come out, it's been now 11 days with a damaged line and a connection that keeps on dropping
I have now sent multiple requests for someone to contact me regarding my life insurance on my bond, no one have ever gotten back to me its been almost 2 months of sending email and phoning
I ordered a big Mac meal with jelopeno sauce on the side. I got some string sauce instead that they put in a lid of a cup did not even close it the burger had the same strong sauce on. When I opened the app again I rated the experience no one got back to me. Couple days later I sent an email on the app they got back to me n said they can't help me bcoz its out of the 48 hour period the more I tell them I rated the experience n displayed my frustration on the app they still refuse to help me
And mtn has done it ducking again!! They double debited my account, reversed the one amount then I was all of a sudden in arrears by 30 days, the consultants was not very helpful again! When I looked they resolved my arrears issue but guess what??? Now my next debit order amount is twice as much!!! Can u belive it, all they do is escalate, it's one problem after the other with this kaaaaaaaaaak mtn network, how i wish I could move away from this kak network I would absolutely not recommend mtn to anyone!!!
I'm so fed up with MTN I've only had my contract 2 months! They have never debited my acc on the right day it's always a few days later, this month they debited my acc on the 4th and 5th! They debited twice! The call centre staff are not helpful at all! Worse thing I've ever done in my life is move to ****ty Mtn!
Mtn is the worse u can't purchase a whats app bundle when on contract, they don't even stipulate that when takinh out the contract, I would cancel my contract if I could!!! Pathetic!!! Other service providers are so much better. No wonder I haven't been with mtn for years. Kak!
