It amazes me that even in 2026 the department if home affairs cannot get thier it infrastructure to a reliable state that works reliably enough to serve people at 8 am most mornings. I mean if AI takes over looks like we all still have a job to stand in the que and get our legal documents that we are required to live with.
I am moving from ABSA Private banking to Capitec. Whenever you need ABSA services they nowhere to be found. Private bankers are so private that their own customers don't know they exist and when you get hold of them they cannot help you anyways cos their hands are tied. That's ok, I'll do it myself. Right. No cos the system are constantly down or cumbersome to use and don't support the same modern feature of other banks such as digital card, etc. Today I needed to pull a statement from online banking to send to SARS but the page just loads endlessly. I am done paying a premium for pathetic service. Good Riddance ABSA.
<p>Hi Vodacom.</p> <p>When I had Vodacom contract I always used to pay a little more than was required.</p> <p>After 5 years of have an account with Vodacom I decided to cancel the account as the contracts were no longer required.</p> <p>The little I over paid over the years resulted in a small sum of money still in my account after cancellation.</p> <p>I have asked the stores about this and called the help desk who all make a note in my account and say that the accounts department would get back to me which never happens.</p> <p>It’s been over 6 months now and the last contact I had was over 3 months ago.</p> <p>Please can someone get in contact with me so we can resolve what should be an easy process before the money disappears into the stream.</p>
