Great Service from Cosmo Pools Gauteng - Christo and team
Cosmo pools recently did a full installation for me on a pool, heat pump system, cover and paving. The team was extremely efficient, communicated well with me throughout the installation. Nothing was ever to much if I wanted changes done and my back garden is no transformed into a wonderful area for the kids to play. Thank you!!!

Extremely Bad after sales service
Extremely bad after sales service!!!!! I have had issues with my DJI Mavic Mini drone and mailed them 4 weeks ago. To date they have not even replied to my mails. Be very carefull when buying from them because it looks like once you buy there is no going back if something is faulty.

Morkel and Crouse rifle makers (inside PTA Safari and Outdoor)
I recently dealt wit Morkel and Crouse rifle makers (inside PTA Safari and Outdoor) for the first time. Bought a new rifle from Safari which M&C put together. They set the trigger on the rifle and never advised what they would charge me upfront before going ahead with adjustment. As it was a new rifle Safari handed all my stuff in. Cost me R725 for setting a trigger. Disappointed that the owners of M&C and Safari has not responded on my email. Shocking service!! Please make sure when dealing with them you always ask what they charge as they are not upfront about it.

Great Service from Lezanne Grobler
Great service. Since i logged my call on their website on Sunday i have been to bussy to take their calls as i was having a hectic week. Lezanne Grobler mailed me to ensure i know that it was her trying to assist me with my insurance. When i eventually did have the time she was most helpfull in advising me on the correct plans for my three dogs. I have already refered her to my sister inlaw due to the great service. Regards Louw
