I don’t know why I would get served a mouldy burger for my 3 year old to eat. The amount of mould on that thing is ridiculous for them to have not noticed. Also, if a bun can have that much mould, how long has it been sitting and gathering the nonsense!? This kind of service is deplorable! I am actually very ****ed off!
I am highly disappointed 😞 I used to hold Essops Home to such high regard and they disappoint me every chance they get. Almost three weeks now since I purchased a piece of furniture and even now, nothing! Following up with the staff also proves to be futile because if it’s not a rude one, it’s one who will check and “call you back” but never does. This will be my last purchase from them. I do not recommend that you buy from them, especially if your purchase has time pressure.
I am utterly dissatisfied with Essops. Bought an L couch with electric recliners and in less than 6 months the motors packed! Reported it under warranty and 6 weeks later there is not even a single word! The company ghosted me. So much for an elegant company. The post purchase service is deplorable! Never again!
It's almost month end, it's time to fight with the DStv team. It's becoming tideous really. This will be the third month end where I do a back and forth for the same problem. It's been 2 and a half months that I am waiting for the pricelock department to assist me with a contract that I signed with them. They are busy running unnecessary credit enquiries on my credit profile wland it's affecting my credit profile and still no call back or resolution with the problem that brought us here in the first place. I was overcharged on my payment lasy month which brought about another problem but every time I call, I must wait for feedback from the pricelock team which never happens. Honestly speaking, we are being bullied as consumers because I am the one who is left in an unpleasant position here but Multichoice has all payments plus the extra that they took yet they underdeliver so badly.
I don't understand what the meaning of "Settlement letter" is to this company. I settled an account that was handed over to them and finished paying it. I got rhe payed up lettee but my account is still getting debited for an extra 3 months! I am incurring charges having to reverse these payments and honestly, it's a nuisance to deal with. I read a review about this before I started making payments with them, to see that they are still settling for this mediocrity is beyond me! STOP TAKING MY MONEY!!!!
I have a credit card that was fraudulently opened against my identity with Absa Bank. I found out about this way late when the perpetrator had exhausted and overdrawn the account. I went to enquire at a the Gateway branch and the lady that assisted me told me the account was already flagged as fraudulent and I must contact the fraud department. I did as I was told and the consultant I was speaking to to my detail to call me back but to this day, nothing has happened. I continue to live with this inconvenience and my credit record is dented deeply. I understand the effort it will tak eto undo this, nevermind the fact that Absa was an easy target, but how will I do that when the Absa team doesn't work to help me with it. It's honestly frustrating.
Unprofessionalism at it’s best. Their numbers are never answered. The switch board operator transfers me to a dead line and when I can her back she hangs up my call. I am very disappointed with their service

How do I log a claim with a company that I pay each month and get no feedback on 3 weeks with a legal matter. </p> <p>If i was arrested and needed bail I'd probably be rotting in a cell or something! I'm canceling my policy. I can't be paying for inefficiency. </p> <p>I never have to remind them to debit money from my bank but I need to bug and pester them when I need their services! They are pretty much useless!</p>
<p>MTN is supposed to protect the Identity of it's clients even if they bring in 2 cents to the company! I have been with MTN for 4 years on contract, and I have recently been a victim of fraud! An instore consultant that was employed by MTN! Used my identity to take up a contract without my consent! I've been up and down reporting this case from August last year and to this day, there is no action taken to fix this! I am deeply disappointed and angered because my credit profile has been sent to the credit beareu for a expenditure that I am not responsible for! </p> <p>I've been getting complaints and warnings about this network but I chose to stay. I'm a very dissatisfied customer and will be leaving MTN asap!
