I used to rent a house at belladonna and I left the house on 31st January 2021. I left the house before my contract ended and I understand that the is a 10% penalty of the remaining months that will be deducted. I have some change due to me from my deposit money.last week I understood that the funds were not paid because I failed to advise what type of account I am using. I then provided them with the correct details last week and I asked for proof of payment. Some how I believe that they only have one payment run which is on Friday and I was told that the funds would reflect in my account the following Monday. It is now Tuesday and no funds are reflecting in my account. Uvest my just deposit my money back please I refuse to wait another week for my refund as this will now be the 3rd week that I’m waiting.
<p>A tracking unit was installed in my vehicle on the 1 of March 2017 , a day or two later someone called to ask if all was well if the vehicle is working was it starting and so on. One the day the guys did a pre inscpection and everything was working well with the vehicle. when he finished my the car battry was drained and they had to jump start the vehicle. everything worked okay for sometime. after about a week the unit started to drain my battery and vehicle is giving problem to start. I called in to advise them of this and I informed was told that its not the unit that has a problem and was advised that my battry is low i need to get someone to come jump satrt the vehicle. The past friday on the 17/3/2017 the vehicle it the same thing I called into the call center @ 22:23 and the lady said she wont disconnet the unit after I had requested that she do so as I am a female and to be stuck on a friday evening that time was not a option she than also aldvised that I need to call someone to come jump start the vehicle. I did as instucted but the vehicle refuses to start again. it was only when I requested some guys to come kick start the vehicle that the car started up. This morning the 22/03/2017 the vehicle still refuses to started I had to walk to public transport this morning with my daughter which it is not safe at all. I am asking car track to cancel my contract and to remove the tracking unit from my vehicle before it does any damage.</p>
