Great Portuguese food the old way all the way happiness
Wow i was and continue to be blown away by this gem of a restaurant!!!! Starting with the friendly staff that offer great service, the food is simply outstanding, i felt like i was transported back to my grandmother's kitchen, both in the taste and quality of the food, as well as the generous portions. To top it all off, they have dinner and dance on week-ends, something that is sorely missing in the South and Jhb east for those over 35 that want a relaxed yet fun evening. Go and see for yourself this is a winner

Hyperli ******s and ****mers!!!!
So Hyperli, where to start??? They have always been a virtual platform, where you can get great deals on holidays, spas etc which is where they should have stayed. Now they are selling physical items and what a bliming disgrace they are!!!! Customer service - something they have never heard of by the looks of it. I ordered one of the mystery deals, the mystery must be that one pays for absolutely nothing but headaches, i have been waiting for 22 working days now, and all i get is hot air from them, never mind i am the one who has to chase them every second day or so. Devi needs to get involved here and take them to task by the looks of it!!!

Excellent Service
Outstanding service all around!!!! I placed my order with some skepticism, as i had never ordered from them before and was not too sure as to what to expect. Well from the word go it was great service, i immediately got emailed with a notification as to the process of my order as well as a tracking number, this went on until my parcel was delivered, which i might add, even arrived one day early!!!! The courier gentleman was extremely professional and polite. As for the product itself, i am loving it, works as it should, so overall i am extremely happy with the company and the entire process.

What a disgrace. Firstly they are insane with their pricing, not helpful at all, can't help by even shopping around for better pricing for their clients on car parts. The receptionist is a complete joke. To top it all we get told the car is ready, pick it up drive 5 minutes and it dies completely, this after paying an insane amount of money. They fetch the car and when we go back to collect in a couple of days, oh sorry we had put a major part in the incorrect way but it's all fine now. One of the dashboard lights is not functioning after going to them. Completely useless company as far as i am concerned. Will never go there again and will not recommend them to anyone

what a joke of a so called company
what a joke this company is!!!!! starting a new business, we decided to go with them for our phone systems, what a mistake this has turned out to be, a month later and still no phone, all we get is b.s. stories, contradiction stories and given a massive run around. One day it's they configuring the systems, the next day oh sorry we still waiting for stock. Then they delivering this morning, now only tomorrow morning. They are costing me a massive loss of income, my clients are second guessing me and my ability to provide a service as promised, all thanks to these bunch of incompetent idiots

DOCTOR OF THE DECADE
I have to shout this doctor's praises, i really do!!!!! I was introduced to her via a friend about 6 years ago and she has changed my life for the better. Amazing doc that actually listens and interacts with her patients. Extremely supportive, best bedside manner i have ever encountered. She diagnosed my auto-immune really quickly and she has always been spot on with all treatments and always willing to go the extra mile. I would happily refer and do refer everyone to her. The best doc i have ever had

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have a Sienna caffeluxe machine, so obviously i tend to buy their coffee capsules, but let me tell you all they are ****!!!!! It started with the odd capsule not being sealed properly and not perforating, now it's basically every second box i have an issue. Now the customer service is really attrocious, it takes ages ( at least a month) for someone to get back to you. I am now waiting for over a week for replacement capsules and seriously just think i should rather buy other capsules because their make is seriously leaving me ready to just throw it all in the bin

DEAD DAISY
Our experience has been nothing but **** with this company!!!!! First they try and bill us more than they should and now none of our phones work and they cannot pull finger and get things sorted, we have contacted them way more than 4 times about the same problem, they promise to get back to us and we still waiting. We have to send the same email 4 times to them before a technician eventually got sent out to us. Said technician had no respect for the fact that he was in a business premises carried on like he was at a friend's house even went so far as to just eat sweets which were in a tin without so much as asking may i!!!! He left without doing anything saying he was getting codes and would be back after lunch, this was yesterday and gosh he must have turned into casper because i still have not seen him. Called this disgusting company today once again to ask what on earth is going on and got told by Charne she would get back to me she promises and guess what it is now 4pm and i am still waiting!!!! And yes, i did call again half an hour ago and request that she contact me as promised!!!! Worst mistake we ever did was go with Daisy!!!! DO NOT EVER USE DAISY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FORGET ABOUT SERVICE
