Bad customer service
Been trying to get someone to assist since last week. Very frustrating!! My parents were so excited to finally have fibre installed and now they have endless problems with no connection available. They are pensioners and struggle to follow instructions over the phone. Telkom contacted my mom and they said her router needs to be configurated. She took it in and telkom tried however they said that they would contact vumatel to come to the property to fix the problem. A week later and no one has arrived. Reckless driver
I would like this message escalated to management. Driver of a DSV vehicle driving very recklessly and dangerous. Does not keep a safe following distance and nearly drove into the back of us. Registration plate number DH76STGP

Thief alert!!!!
Quick to take money and not finish the job. Very unprofessional, rude and have stolen many peoples money without doing the jobs. They are thiefs. The 'so called' owner is Marko Janse V Rensburg.
