I ordered and paid for a garmin lily active and was sent garmin lily 2. It does not have same features esp GPS connection and was far more expensive. I am awaiting their response
The garage door installed incorrectly. Both Cape Town and JHB head office never return calls. Be extremely careful using this company
If I could give no star I would, They never return calls and kept me waiting for 2 weeks only to confirm the product i am looking for is not available even though its on the web site and you can order and pay for it. Be very careful if you order from them
Please never use Lonehill Computers. If I can prevent anyone from mt frustration. I dropped off a desk top, they could not repair after 10 days. I understand not every computer is repairable. However on collection, a day after I said I would collect, my computer, it was in pieces. It took them 45 min to put it together while I waited. They had no idea what they were doing, putting parts in back to front and looking in a box fill of *****s and then just using any old one. I have found someone who can do the repair for R500. I also left 2 old laptops for them to look at using for parts. I asked for these back and they hadn't record of them, they were lying in the muddle of parts in the shop. They couldn't find the ones bag or charger and I await their delivery of it, which I do not hold much faith in.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at campus key Stellenbosch . My daughter moved in at the start of 2022 and within 2 week need to move out as she was offered a position on a different campus that did not have a campus key. She could not commute as it was an hours drive. I was refunded and have in writing that my contract has been cancelled as the room was filled even before my daughter left. In fact she was asked to move out even before I have given written notice and treated unkindly at the time. I am still receiving monthly invoices and Campus key do not respond to e-mail and cut me off when I call. They are impossible to deal with and would never recommend Campus key as an option for students
My daughter purchased a pair of denim shorts just before March and lock down. She had hardly worn them and they stared to fall apart. I contacted Zara during lock down and they said to bring them into the store once it was possible. My daughter had pneumonia and mother COVID so the first time we ventured to the mall was last week. I was told it was now to late to return them. The shorts cost over R350 and she wore them once or twice as they could see based on the fact they were brand new other than the pulling apart of the fabric. Due to COVID I would have expected a better returns policy
On collecting my prescription glasses only one of the 3 pairs was correct. (The sun glasses) I then collected the multifocal's a few weeks later only to find that within 3 weeks they had started to de-laminate. They did deliver a new pair, with no adjusting and the new pair is not the correct prescription. I have paid a lot of money and feel totally ripped off
I booked the secure parking with Springbok Parking. On arrival at OR Tambo we waited over half an hour for the driver to come even after I had called a number of times. Once again when we returned from our holiday, I messaged to say we had landed and we waited for 45 min for our car to be delivered. I have used other service providers before and have never waited for more than 5 to 10 minutes. The owner was rude to me when I called to ask why we were waiting so long. In addition they had driven my car 44 km while we were away.
