Bad service
Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the Durban branch following the recent change in management. The level of service has deteriorated significantly. As installers who rely on your company, we are now struggling to get through, receive support, or maintain the working relationship we previously had. This is affecting our operations and, ultimately, your business as well. Under the previous management, the service was efficient, responsive, and professional. Unfortunately, that standard is no longer being maintained. We respectfully request that this matter be addressed urgently. As long-standing installers and customers, we are willing to assist by providing honest feedback and practical input to help restore the level of service that once made your Durban branch reliable. We trust that the CEO and management team will intervene and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.
