Telkom is full of empty promises. Managers that promises to call you back I've waited 3 days for feedback on a fault I logged a week and a half ago. Managers that drop the calls on clients because they raise their voices out of frustration. I was told by a manager I'll get my line sorted today and yet now was told the tech hasn't even given them an estimated time for repairs. I've phoned your call centre 30 times and not once has a manager bother to call me with feedback. Not once has a technician came out to see the issue that we have already located ourselves. And now I've been told the normal turnaround time for a fault is 14 days? So half a month we have to sit without internet when it's something so simple as a cable that is exposed? I want this sorted out by tomorrow or I will take my business elsewhere as you clearly don't take me serious as a client.
The TOTAL GARAGE in Westville central is an absolute disgrace. I took my car there for a wash 4 weeks ago. The attendant broke my emblem off of my car. They tried hiding it in their pockets hoping I won't notice. I did and they then took it out of their pocket. My car was very hot after supposedly standing off for over an hour. I noticed upon getting in that petrol were missing. Being an automatic car I am led to believe they had it on and running for some time. I brought this to the attention of the owner and he informed me he is not getting involved as he was not their when it happened. He told the attendant to take my details after he shouted at me telling me to take legal action as I won't get far and went back into his office. It's been 4 weeks, no contact, and no apology from the owner for waving his finger in my face and treating me like absolute rubbish. If this is the standard that's accepted at TOTAL GARAGE then I will no longer be using them.
Upon taking up your online offer of 'buy any 2 traditional pizzas for R99' I was charged R201 when I collected. Called the store and was told I ordered incorrectly. Don't see how I could have as I ALWAYS use the app to order. I asked for a refund but was told I have to take a voucher for R99 for the next time I order. I then told the manager that I will order 2 more and they just deliver as it was clearly an error on their side, she told me no they cant. I was not met halfway, I feel cheated. This is false advertising!
<p>i want to buy a business and get shot down because i would need to take a loan! i think they only take clients that can quickly settle the sale so that they can make monies or its a fraudulant company that they are selling because thety refuse to let me even see the business im highly disgusted at this behaviour, and will publically.</p>
