My experience with Sucasa was nothing short of brilliant! I would like to give them 10 stars if possible! From the start of the interaction, advice was good allowing for the proper choice of products. Installation was arranged, and the guys were in touch with me to confirm that they could come and install. The installation was very professionally done, neat and tidy. All dust and excess materials removed, and both units inside and outside are perfectly straight and level. I wish more installers and companies would take pride in their work and service like Sucasa does. Thank you so much!!
I have ordered supply and installation of garage doors in two steps and would like to recommend Robmeg. Destiny and team took time to understand my requirements and provided excellent service and advice to get the perfect solution to my requirements. Pricing was excellent as well. I have logged a return with Amazon for an item purchased from them. The return was approved and collected but never got to the seller. Eventually it was returned to me. I got in touch with customer service to enquire about the situation and what was going on. Also wanted to find out about next steps and way forward. Since then I have been in touch with them 3 times. There seems to be no clear process in place for this type of situation, and I still have the item with me. At this point, it has been suggested that I send the item back to the seller at my own cost, and hope that it does get to the right place. Also hope that the refund is processed with no issue. I'm not comfortable with this, since it is completely outside of their process, and there are too many points where everything will go wrong. Then I'll be left with no item, no refund, plus the cost of the return...
Worst service ever! Received a quote for a shade port: been battling from that point to discuss colour of steel and shade netting. Calling Mike is impossible, calls are never taken. Options for colours cannot be discussed, you just take what you get. The product that was delivered is not what was quoted on, no feedback on who changed the order and why, just expected to pay 30% extra... Invoice details are not the same as on the quote. Not sure why the invoice does not reflect the same details. I just hope that no after-sales service is required, if this is the pre-sales service that I'm getting...
I've had a Nedbank credit card since 2017, and have been collecting GreenBacks since then. I have a Nedbank GreenBacks card, which works like a debit card, and you are able to spend your GreenBacks like cash. I've attempted to use the card on several occasions, it has never worked. Recently, I attempted to use the card online to pay an account. Again, the card did not work. This time however, Greenbacks were deducted off the balance, even though the payment was not successful. I have raised a complaint with Nedbank to activate the card so that it can be used. I also raised a complaint that GreenBacks were deducted from my balance even though the card is not functional for any payments. Feedback received was that both issues were resolved, and the complaint was closed. I'm not sure what was done, if anything. I've tried to used the card again, and it definitely is not working. My GreenBacks that disappeared have also not been re-instated. It does not appear that Nedbank knows what the issue is with the card. Perhaps they should just issue me with a new one if they cannot get the current one to work? Also, if GreenBacks are deducted from my balance incorrectly, I would expect them to be re-instated with immediate effect. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service that I have received.
I was referred to Van Acht for my doors and wooden products for a construction project. Total number of doors required is 33, plus 6 garage doors. We sourced 33 door frames in April this year. Thereafter 6 entrance doors were acquired around mid year. Finally 6 exterior doors were taken in September. We also sourced all of our accessories from them at that point: hinges, door handles and locks. The entrance doors were installed around July, and the exterior doors in September. At this point, I noticed that one of the exterior doors was not finished properly. The veneer was pulling away at a portion of the door. I was also informed by the site manager that one of the entrance doors (which is quite expensive) was not aligning with the frame. I informed Van Acht that we has issues with these doors, and an assessor was sent to site to inspect the doors. Feedback was that the doors were not sealed and that it was our fault that the doors had issues. I must point out that the rainy season had not started and out of 12 doors two had different issues. All the other doors were unaffected. When I raised this, the 2 doors were collected for a detailed analysis. When I got them back, the exterior door was slightly better, the other one was worse than before. No further assistance has been offered from them. If you buy anything from Van Acht, please check the goods thoroughly immediately. Check the finish of the products and make 100% sure that nothing is loose! Also make sure that the doors that you buy are absolutely straight - you will get no support and illogical excuses from them if you do not do this. I still require 16 doors and 6 garage doors for the completion of my project. I will definitely be sourcing these products from a different supplier. The minimum rating that I can set is 1 star - they do not even deserve that.

The device was advertised as having various functions such as heart rate monitor, etc. I do exercise on a regular basis and was keen to have a device that could measure heart rate, number of steps, etc. I assumed that this would be more convenient than using my smart phone for such data. I initially used it for step counting, and that seemed to work acceptably. Thereafter I tried the heart rate function. I used it a few times, but the numbers did not make sense - they varied greatly when used in a short space of time. I did a comparison with the heart rate app on my phone, and the numbers did not agree. Eventually I took the device off and put it on the table. Heart rate functions were showing readings while on the table!! Other functions, such as blood pressure and blood oxygen level were also giving readings while on the table!! I got in touch with them to request a refund: I haven't received a response to my email. Whatsapp requested that I log the issue with another Whatsapp number, which also requested that I use another number. After a few days I got a response that a video of the issue should be sent. This after a full description of the issue was specified. I did forward pics of the readings for the functions of the device while on the table. For comparison I supp**** them with an actual hear rate reading from my phone app, which differed from the "smart watch". I've received a response from them, again after a few days that the return should have taken place within 7 days. However, their responses took more than 7 days. Also, they acknowledge that the device is under warranty. They want me to courier it back to them for assessment in order to repair or replace it. I do not want a repair or replacement: this device obviously does not read a user's heart rate. It does not read blood pressure or blood oxygen level. I also will not spend money on courier fees to return this product to them. It was falsely advertised as having functions that it does not. To now insist that I send it to them at additional cost is unacceptable. I do not want it assessed, I do not want it repaired. I want them to arrange collection and to refund me so that I can buy a device that works. Selling this device with the description that it has functions that it does not is a ****!! I am extremely disappointed with the backup service that I have received.

I have had a Nedbank credit card for a number of years. I have elected to settle my outstanding debt every month, with the amount being debited from my FNB business account. The debit did not go through successfully at the end of December, and I received an SMS early in January advising that a payment was due. A charge was also levied for the unsuccessful debit attempt. I got in touch with the credit department, and it was discovered that the debit was attempted on my Nedbank Savings account, not the FNB Business one as usual. I requested an investigation into why the change occurred, as I had not requested it. In the meanwhile, a debit was successfully done on the Business account to settle the payment. I have not received any feedback regarding the change. I have been watching my account for a debit this month. Nothing has been done thus far. In order to avoid further issues, I contacted the Nedbank call centre on Friday the 3rd of February, then again on the 4th to establish why the debit has not been done yet. I was advised on both occasions that all is in order, and the account is in good standing. I would like to know if a debit will still be done this month. If not, will a full settlement be expected next month? Will there be any interest or failed debit payments be levied on my account? I am still waiting for the outcome of the investigation into the original issue. All charges from this time should be reversed. I would also like to get confirmation as to when I can expect my debit every month.
I bought a Lenovo tablet from Computer Mania a few months ago. One of the main reasons for this purchase was to use it as a mobile hotspot when travelling and during load shedding. I picked up issues with the tablet switching off when used as a hotspot. I tried several actions to resolve the problem, such as a software update, calling Lenovo, etc. None of these actions resolved the issue. I then contact Computer Mania and they advised that the tablet be taken to one of their stores for an assessment. No problem was found. I then requested a refund, since I could not use the tablet like this. A refund was issued, and my account was credited without any problem. Thank you Computer Mania for excellent client service despite the fact that you found no issue with the tablet!! I wish that more companies had customer service like this.
