THEFT - NO CAMERAS in sight! I'm beyond disappointed by Plush Car Wash FARRAMERE Q Square. This has been my trusted Car Wash for years, however last week Monday 30th of March 2026 after I took my vehicle in as i usually do my items disappeared from my Cubbyhole. I notified them immediately, they stated they would pull footage almost as a delay tactic. Post them notifying me of footage they then later confirmed that IN FACT THERE ARE NO CAMERAS that point in the direction of the Car Wash! which is ALARMING and should be for ALL clients as part of Motor Traders Internal as well as External claims may require footage in order to assist with ANY accidental claims caused by employees. The lady who has washed my vehicle was new; I've never needed to clear my Cubbyhole as I presumed it was procedure for them to not opened. I am a WEEK in, still awaiting promised contact from Head Office as well as website complaint portal. My BRAND-NEW scent as well as Earth Child voucher gifted to my son for His First Birthday is gone and everyone is MUM. It is the 7th of April no contact made, instead delayed tactics from staff matter was escalated with. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE, if this is what happens in a loss incident imagine the hoops one would have to go through in order to get assistance should there be another incident.
Absolutely HORRIFIC! service from Ascendia logistics. Firstly where are they from? I am still awaiting a package from 2025!!! - CONSISTENTLY following up daily with package whereabouts and receiving LIES!!! Again! “Package out for delivery” and NOTHING!!! … this is bringing SHEIN to disrepute and this logistics company should be better vetted and placed at the end of any Business offering- if not removed at ALL! Disappointed is an understatement. This will be my LAST SHEIN ORDER , if ever received!
Good day To whom it may concern... This is a complaint with regards to treatment by Richard Goodwin the Manager of Spar Clubview, centurion. This morning 09/08/2020 on WOMAN’S DAY whilst preparing breakfast I discovered I was short of a few items, due to the fact that I live in proximity of Spar Clubview I did not panic I headed over immediately-as per normal when the unexpected occurs. I was soon approached by the Security Guard who instructed that I leave the store due to the fact that I was wearing pyjamas [full coverage]. This was an instruction from Manager Richard Goodwin who initially denied having given the instruction as he acknowledged/agreed that is was not law. However later admitted that he was imposing his “opinion” of what patriots (according to instructions given to security guard-BLACK PATRONS ) should wear in order to purchase essential goods during this pandemic. In the midst of the confrontation with Richard, a white lady walks in with a Pyjama top and is not informed of the same request. I need clarity on the following... 1. What is the Dress code to enter Spar stores? 2. Is it appropriate for Managers to impose their ‘opinions’ on the conduct of patrons? 3. Is there a racial preference as to who should follow this code of conduct? 4. What is going to be done about Spar Centurion and Richard Goodwin as this is not the first discriminatory indiscretion.
