The Casino is really nice I have been playing on and off for many years. The problem is payouts and the way issues are dealt with and how you are spoken to. My payout was due today only to be told the dond do payouts over weekends but if its ready today i wil get it today if not its Monday......
What a pleasure buying from them. The service and feedback is amazing and the staff were super friendly and helpfull. I received constant feedback regarding my purchase and when I will receive it.
Incorrect debit order and no refund after 11 months DON'T PAY WITH DEBIT ORDER!!! It has now been 10 months about 20 calls, Social media queries, too many emails later and I am being sent around in circles for my almost R1000 refund owed to me after an incorrect debit order. I honestly think this is starting to become criminal. All I am ever told is that its is being escalated or the query is with the wrong department. No one wants to take responsibility and just help me sort it out.

I am so grateful that we have such an amazing fast online shop in South Africa. I have ordered many times and I have not once been dissapointed. If there are issues they are always willing to assist and fix the problem, fast.
In a time of uncer*****y it has been such a pleasure knowing that you don't have to go hungry while working to keep your job / get things done.
MTN deducted an incorrect amount off my account for my contract and I have been trying to get my money back since December (over R1000) every time they "escilate it" to another department etc. etc. I honestly dont think they know what they are doing or they are hoping I will forget about it.....
I filled my car up at BP Rivonia Road with 95 Unleaded at pump 1 and on my way home the car lost power and started jerking when driving it. I went to my mechanic and after a process of elimination he discovered water (or some other substance) in the fuel tank. I phoned the Petrol Station and they took down my details (and time of transaction, amount paid, vehicle registration number, contact details etc.). No one as contacted me yet. We had to empty the whole tank, flush the system replace all filters and refill the vehicle. I understand that it has been raining non stop for days but the least they could do is get back to me....

When we had unexpected visitors on Saturday morning my first reaction was to make coffee and take out Ouma rusks to make sure they have something to snack on. <br> <br> I opened a new box and after removing 4 rusks from the packet I took it out of the box to find only crumbs in the packet. This is very poor quality product. Clearly it was packed like this as the box was undamaged and the plastic was still slightly inflated when I opened it.<br> <br> I have never ever compromised on quality by buying cheaper brands because I knew (or thought I did) that ouma would not disappoint....<br> <br> I am at a loss for words.<br>
