Thank you for the service was amazing got a new iphone , because of bad experience with other service providers I wasn't sure. But i can say am happy with service and product its genuine i took it to Apple to verify. Thank you so much
The worst credit company that ever existed, last month Logged a query took them 2 weeks respond after sending my id & proof of residence no communication, their phones are unreachable and they never respond to email. Why bother be a credit company if you can’t even respond. Its a month now still waiting for feedback . They keep sending automated messages. Or are they in cohorts with credit providers this is very bad service & worst credit company ever
A month ago i submitted a claim to Absa Short term insurance first was told they can't find my policy then after sending my insurance contract then it was taken to their department for review were i was told they can't cover my laptop as its cyber loss which i queried with their Complaints division for when i took up the insurance i made it very clear to the consultant the type of Apple laptop am covering and age . I also told him i have never had problems since the day i bought the laptop i cover it incase something happens and which all was good. Monthly money was deducted with no complaints. When i submitted a claim i'm told they don't cover cyber loss which my laptop has nothing to do with it and i sent the report from Apple. Now i sent complaint to their Complaints department who now can't find my policy after i re-sent again my details over and over again. I am being taken from one consultant to the next. But they don't make a mistake debiting my account yet they can't find my policy. I have commercial insurance with Absa and have never had any problems ever. But on short term insurance its stories everyday. I have lost over a month's of work for i cannot service my clientele cause they can't find my policy which i pay for every month and no one seems to be bothered about it. This is really disappointing for Absa, that i hold highly for i have never experienced such poor service. Now it month-end i have work i need to submit but cannot as i have no laptop and mu insurer doesn't know what happened to my policy. SO much for a complaints division. To make it worse the one who sold the insurance doesn't bother also answering my emails.
This service is very bad i submitted my claim 2 weeks ago , all i get told is that its still with Absa for review i mean why use third party when they can't even help. I have sent emails and all i get is automatic message or email from consultant saying Absa is still reviewing claim. This is really bad one claim took me 1 month to be sorted. I have no work laptop right now and i have too waiting for Absa to decide if they are still reviewing or its Brolink taking long. this is very un-professional.
Last year i had an accident and my car was partially fixed and Momentum has been dragging to Fix the hooter of my car everyday its stories about an Auto electrician coming to assess or have my car fixed. This goes in hand with their people who Assessed my Car Net Assess Bedfordview & Renew-it Edenvale. The insurance has been dragging this if its not them changing consultants its another story about an Assessor being appointed for the past 6 months now its been stories non-stop. Its was better when it was Alexander Forbes never had such problems of incompetency and failure to take action or responsibility.
I am very disappointed with Afrihost, i am being charged for 10mbps speed but in actual fact they are giving me 4.3mbps and its really affecting my work the worst part you have useless consulatnats who cannot help.
This is just an additional review for the solar we bought it has really helped in reducing our electricity spend by 50%.
Bought a Conversion Kit , with Solar Advice, I just want to commend them for their excellent service i received, i also had products that i had to return due to my geyser being an older model, and to my surprise they refunded me without any hassles. And to add on they kept calling & advising me before i could even buy the product and giving me detailed advise and explanation. And thank you Leon for an excellent service.
My Account is A ********** 5 I moved houses in April and i was using Afrihost as my internet provider for over 2 years now.And i had a problem with my ADSL line with Telkom for there were cables missing of which i stayed 2 months without ADSL. So as i was using Afrihost as my internet provider i asked them if is there an alternative that i can use while i wait for Telkom to install the ADSL. I was advised by their support to use LTE of which i signed up for it over the phone and they advised me that i can cancel anytime once my ADLS has been restored. Two months later Telkom fixed my adsl line and i was back online with ADSL of which i called Afrihost support to cancel the LTE and i asked them if there is anything i should be aware of in terms of the conditions they said NO. Now the accounts wants me to pay R999 because i cancelled my LTE before the 6 months grace period of which i did ask when i cancelled it and they said everything is ok, i wont pay any extra charges and im sure they have all the recordings to prove that. The problem is i do want to pay the R999 but i do not have the full amount i requested an installment payment and they are refusing saying they do not accept it i must pay it in full. I would have not cancelled it if i was advised of the amount of R999. i want to pay the R999 in installments and any business would accept it and it was the fault of their staff who did not advise me when i asked them. Now they want to suspend my ADSL of which i pay monthly and on time. Very Poor Service
I am really annoyed and poor service that is being portrayed by Miway Business, I submitted a claim last week up until today its still not paid and they keep telling me they cannot verify the Police report , i find as a very lame excuse as i already took the car to their assessors and the already sent the report last week already. So why delay , for am losing money as the car is not working and its a business insurance. When you sign up for new contract they tell you the good stories how the approve claims in 24 hours but today its almost one week full with no claim approved. This is the why i cancelled my personal insurance. AND THE REASON IM Given by their call centre agents is the person handling the case is not at work. Really this is crazy.
