Today I went to Ampath Witfield Lab to draw blood for INR. I haven’t received the results and there’s no information on their app showing that I went to the lab today. What could be the reason for this? ID number 6610310462080
Is Outsurance request for a call not working anymore? I requested 3 call back and I haven’t received any call.
Return notice was sent on 15/03/2026, up to date the item has not been collected and I want my refund back please.
I have put a return notification and choose Buffalo Couriers to pickup the item. That sent me a WhatZapp on Sunday 15/03/2026, stating that they will collect the item in 3 days. They don’t respond to WhatZapp and emails.
i open a funeral policy with you on 07 November 2025 and was told to do an EFT for the first payment, so that they can put my data on the system. Up to date i haven't receive the policy number. Every time,i contact the Agent, she always promises come back with feedback and will be the system is down or i have asked the people in the office and i do not know why they are not contacting you. I want to know if this is a **** or what?

Ordered fibre service on 09/09/2025 and paid the upfront fee but the order is not processed yet. Call the company and you are instructed to contact live chat on WhatZapp. Was on the live chat for 2 hours and no one is able to answer or help me this the order.
I have never seen a company that cares about their brand and the company pride. The company Manager take his time and call you and check if everything was delivered, if you are happy with your order. I had a problem with the universal charger provided and they allowed me to buy the right one and refunded me the money.
Today I received a call at 07-30 and was told that my order will be delivered in 2 hours time. up now, i haven't received my order???
i app**** for a tracker to be installed on my car and i specifically told the Agent that i wanted a panic button on the car since OUTsurance recommended it. i was told that a normal tracker was R119 and with the panic button it was going to be R20 extra. A tracking system was installed when i was bedridden and my husband opened the car for them and they did the installation. when i got better, i went to the car and find that there is no panic button except for the old service provider. I asked tracker where was it installed and they told me that they don't install panic buttons. i would not have taken it since my insurance wants a panic button. this was queried with 30 day of the installation. Tried call them their number doesn't go through asked for a call back, and not one has called me back. i cannot pay for 3 years for service that will jeopardies my car insurance. the person who respond to my emails is Veaan Elie.
