Placed an order (order no 177822192) and paid immediately first week in March. Last email received from them 5 March to say shipped and will reach me between 7 and 24 March. You cannot get hold of anyone at all to query - it takes you to automated screens with no help or anywhere to report a missing order. Really bad experience - dont shop with Fruggo!
My 75 year old mother has just passed out due to another delay in the delivery of her chronic medication - medication that she relies on to keep her alive! Always, always an issue with Pharmacy Direct - last promise was that the meds were on the way 48 hour ago. On our way to the hospital as a result. Next step Ombud! Not cool Bonitas
I am beyond disguisted wit Cell C and their absolutely SHOCKING service. You can never get hold of management to escalate a problem. I get calls and threats daily on my account that has "not" been paid, even though I send in the proof of payment weekly - until someone else gets hold of me. And this is repeated every month. APAULING service, and somene really needs to take them to task. How are they even in business!
Sorry Naked, have had a terrible exoerience. No one gets back to me, my car sat for 3 months waiting for your assessor, picked it up this week half done as only half the work had been authorised by Naked. Changed my email address - took 3 months for you to change on system - then called and emailed for legal assistance. No bother of a response from Michael who promised to email me immediately last week regrding a legal issue and no response from any of my emails.
Absolutely pathetic - how can you still be in business? You are messing with peoples lives - how can medical aids put any faith in you to supply chronic medicine to their members? You don't answer WhatAapps, emails, calls, your staff have no clue when we do get hold of them - and when you fail to deliver life saving medicine and your call center sends a reference to collect from clicks urgently in the meantime while you sort out your nonsense, another call centre member refuses your meds to a clicks pharmacist on the phone. This is a medical malpractice suite just waiting to happen - I will hold you liable! You should not be in business
Finding one half roll of toilet paper tucked in the middle of our checkers branded soft ply was ok, but then I found another. Not ok
GAME should really test the products they sell. KWESE Play is being sold by Game under false pretenses - Netflix does not work at all and no one from Kwese get back to anyone. We also bought the Mygica device from Game and had to return it twice as the power boxes did not work????
Shocking service - no one gets back to you. I am still waiting on my 10 minutes for someone to call me back from Saturday. Managers do not respond. Netflix does not work and that is the reason for buying the device. Very very disappointed
<p>I have never experienced such shocking service in my life. Firstly there is never anyone to assist and when you find someone they send you to 4 or 5 different people. When you finally get the right person, they mess up your order and you have to make 3 trips back over 2 days to fetch a simple piece of 3m pine that was ordered to be cut into 4 strips. And then the order is wrong anyway! Not impressed at all!</p>
