Hi, my order was placed on the 10th of February 2026, order #2466 for a cordless pressure washer, and since no word from them, the tracking number they have provided gives no further responds. My oppinion is that this is ****mers.

Since the very first month, I have started using Matrix, because my insurance wants it, I am having problems with the company deducting monthly premiums from my account, debit order has been in place from the very beginning. My problem is that even when I paid the account myself they still sent me an SMS to say that I am in arrears, my arrears overlapped and extra charges were charged to my account. Somebody at Matrix administration does not know their job. Someone in their administration canceled my contract without my consent.

On the 1 of August 2021, I have bought a VOIP Phone from Makro Online because the product was only available online. According to the Makro website, you only wait 2-5 working days, when 5 working days were passed I track my package, only to see that my parcel is not even packed. I did send them a mail to query my parcel, the excuses were because of riots, which by the way were long gone over, the next excuse was that they don't have stock, not according to the website. I have also explained to them that I am working for local emergency services and that they contact me in the event of an emergency after hours. Today is the 9th of August 2021 and no word from them, and my parcel is still not packed. I would have thought that a company like Makro would at least be professional, but unfortunately, it is the opposite, unprofessional service.
On the 20th of March 2021, I have upgraded from100Mbps to 1Gbps, and right from the beginning, I struggle to get the speed that I have paid for they always blame the other party but nothing gets done for the other party to fix the situation when it comes to payment they are very fast to take your money but when there's a problem you don't get discount for a service that I am paying for, it is now eight days later and nothing is done, for me to cancel this upgrade I must wait until the 22 of the next month to revert back or cancel this service. I want action, not excuses.
I have bought an item from Wish on the 16th of February 2021, according to Wish post my package arrives in South Africa on the 3rd of March 2021. When I use the tracking number they gave me, it shows that my parcel is in Tonga since the 23rd of February 2021 and it is still there ever since no movement, I cannot claim my money back because according to them my arrival time is in April 2021, this is ridiculous, they don't give you the option of a courier service for speedy delivery, there must be someone that can fix this, I will never buy anything from them again and I will spread the news as far as I can to boycott them. One cannot complain about there service because there is nothing
I have bought spare parts from a company in Nederlands to be delivered by TNT I was supposed to receive my parcel today the 2nd of September. now I have to find out that I can get my parcel on the 11th of September, that means 16 days since I have paid for the spare parts, I am sorry but this is totally unacceptable, why will they care they have received their money, I might as well make use of postal services
I am very disappointed with the services that I got from Vodacom, on the 15th of March 2020 I applied for fiber, and on the 16th of March 2020, my application was declined?? What I did not know is that on their system it shows my application is still pending and because of that I cannot apply for fiber at any other isp, my internet expires tonight and there is not enough time to get another isp before tomorrow.
Looking at other reviews i must agree that the service i've received from axxess is not good at all, i get responce after logging a fault very late and when somebody assist you they don't know there job
