Think twice before using Pick n Pay ASAP Sedgefield! On their final invoice it says the following: "Your final bank charge is R501.79 is a bit lower than the R592 that was initially reserved. Your bank will automatically release the difference." This is NOT the case as they deducted the R501.79 and the R592 is still being held by my bank ABSA. It has now been 12 days. By the way...this is the second time this has happened. Now I am done using Pick n Pay ASAP. SEDGEFIELD!!!! Pick n Pay ASAP is expecting me to do all the work now to have the R592 paid back to me. Apparently they want a bankstatement from me to prove the R592 is being held in reserve still and that the R501.79 has gone off. What absolute nonsense!!!
Purchased from Pick n Pay ASAP on 11 May for the amount R592. After they didnt have chicken for my order, the actual.amount came to R501.79 and that was deducted as well as the R592 still kept in reserve. On the Pick n Pay ASAP app it says that the difference will be returned to me if products could not be supp**** or weught for a product differed but this is not what has been done and it is the second time now at the Sedgefield branch that this has happened. Last time I waited 11 days for my money to be returned to my bank account and jow I have been waiting 8 days. Why is Sedgefield Pick n Pay ASAP doing this? I need answers and I also need my money please.
Pick n Pay ASAP can keep there service! It's been 10 days and I am still waiting for my money to be returned to my account.
I am very dissapointed in MTN for not being willing to pay back money that I paid in by accident, as I forgot that I have a debit order in place for that amount that needs to go off. MTN now insists they want to keep this amount for my next payment that is due on 31 March, which I have not even been asked if I would want to do. I need this money as I have other accounts that I need to pay with that money. I dont want to pay in advance. Please give me the extra payment I made back MTN.
Downloaded MTN ZA App. Got offered one Month FREE Disney + subscription. App**** for it and was told I would receive an sms. I am still waiting for that sms from MTN. I did however receive an sms from who knows where or who informing me that my Dsiney + subscription has expired! I have proof that this offer was made from MTN ZA app ( which I doenloaded from Google Playstore) I have sent an email to MTN customer service, with the screen shots of the evidence that I did the subscriotion on the MTN ZA app. They then rep**** for me to send my cell number with which I subscribed for Disney +. I did so and have still not received any answer of what is going on. For the public's information: do not even bother it seems to not be a legit offer so far.
What a dissapointment it was to eat Fishcakes that tasted more like Garlic Cakes than Fish Cakes. And to top it all, the scientific explanation that was given for why it tasted more like garlic than fish. The response from Customer complaints and for Public Notice for future, when buying these 5 kg Sea Harvest Fish Cakes 5kg box size is: Dear Customer Trust you are well, At Sea Harvest, we're committed to ensuring the seafood we produce is not only delicious but also safe for consumption. We prioritize food safety throughout our entire production process, from catching to processing and distribution. Our strict quality control measures and rigorous testing protocols ensure our products meet the highest standards. All batches of products produced are evaluated during a taste evaluation session. These products are tested for aroma, taste, appearance, and texture. All products at Sea Harvest are produced according to a set specification and only accepted and approved raw material and ingredients are used. The actual batch weights of the ingredients corresponded to the required specification weight of the ingredients. In this instance, the product may exhibit a stronger garlic taste because of possible thermal abuse. Exposure to elevated or fluctuating temperatures during storage or distribution—most commonly during storage at the retail level—can accelerate chemical and enzymatic reactions within the product. These reactions can intensify certain flavour compounds, particularly garlic, causing the taste to become more pronounced and unbalanced. As a result, the product may develop a stronger garlic flavor than intended, even though the formulation itself has not changed. We kindly request that you return any remaining product and its packaging, along with your proof of purchase, to the store where it was bought. The store will be able to assist you with a refund or replacement If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. There you have it. Now next time you buy from a retailer be sure to ask if these 5kg Fish Cakes have been "thermally abused" during transport from and to suppliers and your.home....I rest my case!
Original claim was submitted to fnblifeclaims@fnb directly on 2 Sept. No pay out and a lot of mess sorting out docs they cannot open onntheir side. Then on top of that after there is a clause that says they are not held liable if the pay out goes into another account, I am battling to get an indemnity form so I can fill it in and have tjem pay out the claim. Please sort this out. Avbob has been very patient but they need to be paid to continue with my mom's funeral arrangements! I am dissappointed at how much this has been quite traumatic to sort out on top of handling my grief!
Quick response.Thank you. Appreciate Mediwallet sorting this out. Even my Points were refunded!
Put in my order early morning 4:30am on Friday and recieved my goods Saturday afternoon. I am pleased with your services. Thank you.
Used Online store and placed order on 1 March. Phoned on 4 March and they couldn't fined my order. Received delivery of order on 6 March without Cheese to value of R170. No refund after many calls and them not being able to find my order again. The excuse is they are on a new system! I would not rwcommend online purchase because of this.
