Utterly disappointed the way my claim has not been resolved after almost 2 weeks! How is this possible? Kgomotso Meso, the Claims agent does not reply to emails, never followed up the claim, and it took me over 2 hours on the phone trying to get someone to tell me what's happening with the claim. I have even reported this to his manager, which promised to get back to me. But, here I am, no feedback from her either. All I get is apologies, and no resolution, no communication, and absolutely terrible service. Please can someone assist me with my claim, as I do not know what to do anymore?
Our company had a very unprofessional and unreliable experience with Medicare Hospital Equipment. So much so that I will never make use of them not in a business or personal capacity. Mistakes and miscomunication cannot be rectified with a mediocre apology. I expected more, but unfortunately their unprofessional handling has cost not only our company great expense, it also lost all future business from us.
In June 2017 I signed a contract for the services of a day street guard and street security cameras. The contract clearly stated the starting date as 1 September 2017 as the cameras still had to be erected. However, come 1st of July I got debited the full amount for both services. After reporting it to them, a credit was created but never refunded. Then 1st August, yet the same thing happened and I was charged again. So, I have been paying for a service which is not in place yet, and as such ADT is in breach of their contract and not owing up to it. I have dealt with countless people, each saying the refund for the 2 months are being paid, but here I am. No refund.. (All names and contact details available) I have not expected this from such a big company, and this has definitely changed my relationship with them for the worse. Will rethink the way forward.
<p>After submitting a claim for my my vehicle (2014 Volvo V40 T4) that was involved in the recent flash floods on 9 Nov 2016, Discovery Insure has now taken 27 days, and still not settled the claim.</p> <p>They do not keep you up to date regarding the process, have been giving me the wrong information as to where my vehicle is, and had the vehicle dropped at a service centre without any documentation about why it's there. I was phoned 5 days later by a service consultant at the Volvo dealership asking me why my vehicle has been delivered and what must they do with it! How unprofessional.</p> <p>Now, Discovery Insure does not want to pay retail (I was insured for retail) for a 2014 model, but they want to settle on a 2013 make. This makes a big difference in price. My vehicle registration document, as well as the bank's settlement quote, clearly indicates it as a 2014 model. But I had to pay insurance for this make, that they are happy with.</p> <p>Don't bother with emails, deadlines, phone calls, you can never speak to the same claims consultant.</p> <p>I have had enough, and will take this matter to the ombudsman. Worst service I have ever experienced as a loyal Discovery member!</p> <p>(Claim: ********** )</p>
