I have been making use of their products and services for almost 10 years.
I have never had a reason not to be satisfied. The products are of good quality, the service is fast and excellent and the turn around time quick. Everything that you need in a challenging hospital environment. The sales team are always willing to go the extra mile to assist and to give feedback on requests. Keep the high standard going. This is the second large order we have placed with Medicare and the service is great. It does make life easier however you do need to check prices.

Another company who cannot answer a simple online query
On the 15th of February, I sent a quote request and up to now, I haven't been answered. Companies are nothing without customers, but they don't seem to care about their customers at all.

Unprofessional treatment received
Our company had a very unprofessional and unreliable experience with Medicare Hospital Equipment. So much so that I will never make use of them not in a business or personal capacity. Mistakes and miscomunication cannot be rectified with a mediocre apology. I expected more, but unfortunately their unprofessional handling has cost not only our company great expense, it also lost all future business from us.
