If I could rate this useless company 0 stars, I would. It has taken over a week for my parcel to arrive and to this day I am yet to receive it. The tracking says it has been out for delivery since Wednesday. Between Makro and value, I don’t know who is more ***********. It’s pretty much theft at this point
Disgusting!! I placed an order on the 18th of December, item was meant to arrive the 23rd of December. Till today I have yet to receive my order. I phone daily. Value express has pretty much lost my parcel and Makro has no idea where it is!!!!
2 MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO REFUND. Its ALWAYS being escalated to finance and NO ONE Gets back to me. The manager SALOME is useless, emails go unanswered, this has become a case of THEFT!!!
After messing up my Mandela Day donations order, and having to cancel it, 2 weeks later and I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!! I call the call center everyday and all they can tell me is "its been escallated". When I contact the chat option on the website, the agents simply end my chat. I am BEYOND shocked at the POOR excuse of customer service I have received!!
Honestly one of the WORST customer service ever. They constantly mess up orders which causes HUGE delays. Customer service agents are sarcastic and lazy
I have been trying to cancel and have gotten nowhere! I have called everyday and am always told that due to the high call volumes, RAIN will call be back but they NEVER do. The cancellation button has been deactivated on the website, so they almost FORCE you to stay with them. I WANT TO CANCEL MY RAIN IMMEDIATELY
Definitely a **** - they are not listed on the NCR, even though they claim to be. No legit financing institution would ask for upfront fees. All of these "5 star" reviews are all from **** profiles.
Absolutely disgusting service. Customer service agents send you the same automated responses, you can never speak to a manager. They refuse to abide by the consumer act and issue a refund on their low quality products. 10/10 do NOT recommend
My account was hacked. Since then I have tried to delete my account through the help section but the support team are so stupid. They refuse to delete my account and even have the nerve to ask if I would like to keep the illegitimate account which hacked my original account. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!
