marius and waldo are amazing people to deal with. top service, excellent pricing. highly recommended.
Huawei Service Centre in Cornubia Mall Durban are simply amazing. Their pricing, turn around time and customer care is above and beyond. Viren (Manager) assisted me personally as arranged by phone earlier that week. Awesome stuff, keep it up guys!
Please do not sign up with Web Africa for LTE or other services, I have been with them for 5 months and have been throttled from under 1mbps for everyday of the month without ever going anywhere near my threshold. After months of reporting they constantly tell me they can't do much as the line and service belongs to Telkom. I have been trying to cancel the service for the past 3 weeks with no help also. I have tried stopping the debit order and the way they debit your account, it doesn't come up as debit order but as credit card swipes. I have made endless calls to them, the bank, a privatw technician that is contracted to Telkom and it all points to Webafrica ripping off people. For the same price u can get a Telkom LTE with higher speeds and threshold. Webafrica is a ripoff.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ritesh from House and Home Pavillion for the second time now, all I can say is that after my very disappointing experience at Bradlows last year, u will never know awesome service until you have dealt with the store or Ritesh. Well done Sir. Please keep up the awesome service.
Aweswse service from Ritesh at House and Home The Pavilion. Truly a service orientated individual who carries that store banner well. After my horrible experience with Bradlows, it was refreshing to meet Ritesh and have all me needs sorted in an hour. Keep it up Ritesh.
pathetic and deceitful service from Bradlows in City View (Game City), i clled in to ask about their '6 Months Interest Free option), I was told to come in and they will help. I went in and spoke to Linda. I was still choosing my items and was pushed to do the credit app first to see what we qualify for. We qualified for R65000+ and were then offered so many more items that we didnt need. On settling for what we wanted I asked for a discount and was told that they cannot offer any discounts and the prices were set, we were signing the deal until it came to the re-payments and saw that we were being charge 24% interest, on querying, Linda mocked us for asking for 6 months interest free stating that no Retailers would ever do such a thing. When I showed her the advert on the Bradlows website, she still insisted that it was for LayByes. I queried with another Bradlows store and they confirmed that THEY DO ACTUALLY do have 6 months of interest free option. After all of that, Linda then proceeds to call her manager on the phone. The Manager says that Bradlows does offer 6 months interest free but only to 'clients with rating of 10-12 which is very high", i was baffled as I never heard of such a thing. We are private banking clients and surely would qualify. Linda then proceeded to offer us cash backs on the items to negate the interest, (WHY WAS THIS NOT GIVEN TO ME WHEN I ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT, MY SUSPICION IS THAT THE STAFF KEEPS THE CASH BACKS FOR THEMSELVES) Nevertheless we expected a call from the Manager the next day with no reasonable response the following day, i received a very unhelpful call from Kyle who was pleasant but was promised a call from the Regional person to asssit me and nothing has happened since. I am angry as hell as i am down on ITC points for opening the account but have no goods to show for it. STAY AWAY FROM BRADLOWS AND THEIR SISTER STORES AS A WHOLE
I went in last year around this time to hand in my 3-4 year old vaccuum cleaner for repairs. It took them 1 month to give me a quote to repair (roughyul R800 including estimate fee, almost the price of a new vaccuum cleaner), then promises every few weeks that they ordered the parts from JHB. I thereafter this year called less often only to get told each time that they are working on it and NOT ONE deadline was met. The almost height of my anger came when I spoke to Makhathini there who then promised me a slap-in-the-face 10% off the repair EVEN THOUGH THEIR PRICES THIS YEAR ARE HIGHER. LMAO!! He then went on to miss the deadline he himself setout. This is not the first time I have had horrid service from TM Electronis, Samsung should really reconsider who carries their aftermarket service. I wont buy another Samsung Appliance. Anyway I am off to Makro today to buy a vaccuum cleaner and I promise I would NOT be a Samsung. Bye Bye TM and Bye Bye Samsung. So glad I have an Apple a handset. Would have probably had bad service there too.

I needed to make an urgent query at the store regarded a gift card issued to me from the Lucky Break Stamfordhill Road store. When I call in on their number, i lady tells me that this is THEIR HEAD OFFICE, SHE IS NEW HERE AND SHE WILL BE UNABLE TO GIVE ME THE NUMBER AS YET. I queries as to why is this the case, i get told again SHE JUST STARTED THIS JOB AND DOESNT KNOW AND DOESNT KNOW HOW TO GET IT.

I think I may have lost my R1100 as I dont have a receipt for this Gift Card that is supposed to be loaded with credit and valid for 3 years.

Absolutely horrible service being offline for one and a half weeks and they always are doing system upgrades which cause your line to be disconnected for a few days at a time. Stay away!
