Bought something online it was the wrong size, that was my fault. I phoned head office they said they getting more stock of what I'm looking for 3week of March. Phone head office again this morning they tell me stock has arrived at stores. I go to the store and there is no stock. The staff call head office and they blatantly lie to say they didn't say there was stock. I mean do you think I will go to the store if there was no stock?? Eventually, I had to take something else. Please don't waste your time with this business they have a **** service and they incompetent and they lie. I will never support you guys again, sorry.

Lucky Break store in Access Park near Belville is a total waste. You might as well close your doors and you know why because there's no customer service. There is not one staff member that want to assist you and there is not one staff member that want to greet you and going the extra mile.I was looking for a specific item an i was.just told to look there. There is really no discipline in that store. As from the way your clothing is presented up untill your staff.Your staff dont even know how to communicate with each other in the presence of customers. ...they shout from the front to the back.Sort out your store with store discplines and please TRAIN your staff on customer service because that is vital. It was the first time that I entered your store and i.won't go there again

I needed to make an urgent query at the store regarded a gift card issued to me from the Lucky Break Stamfordhill Road store. When I call in on their number, i lady tells me that this is THEIR HEAD OFFICE, SHE IS NEW HERE AND SHE WILL BE UNABLE TO GIVE ME THE NUMBER AS YET. I queries as to why is this the case, i get told again SHE JUST STARTED THIS JOB AND DOESNT KNOW AND DOESNT KNOW HOW TO GET IT.

I think I may have lost my R1100 as I dont have a receipt for this Gift Card that is supposed to be loaded with credit and valid for 3 years.

i recently bought from a surf outlet at the access city in kuilsriver. I spent just over 2000 rand as there was a great sale. They offered 25% on shoes. When i got home i realized an item that was not mine was in my bag and i paid for it. I live 60 km from this shop. I called and was told to bring this item back at my own cost if i wanted a credit.... On Monday i went all the way back. I was willing to exchange the item ( an adult mens pants) for another pair of shoes. The shoes were now back to their normal price. I asked the lady why i had to travel 120 km for their mistake and why they couldn't give me the shies at the same price i paid on the Saturday. Absolute refusal, she then called head office. I was told another sale starts at 2 that afternoon, i can wait till then to see if the shoes would be on sale. I just realized this is why i don't like buying from outlets. U would expect this from really inexpensive outlets but these were DC shoes and i had spent over R2000 with them.
Very dissapointed in how narrow minded some business people are.
