Lack of customer care & after-sale service. Wow.
We have a Bennet Read Hydro (Compact), that we have had for quite a few years. The vacuum still works perfectly, but the polypropylene vacuum hose has deteriorated and we need to replace it. Almost 2 weeks ago I contacted Tevo, with a reply that stated they don't have stock because it's an old vacuum, but they'll try and source one. I e-mailed them 2 again waiting for feedback, just to hear that it won't be possible to find a hose, because new products have been introduced. Is it really that difficult to find a hose with the same diameter? Should I seriously get rid of the vacuum that still works perfectly, due to the hose that needs to be replaced?? Absurb. Seriously unhappy & upset by the service, the lack of care & the blase-ness of being told 'new products have been introduced'.
