Worst service ever. I order and paid for hair on the 30th May 2024 to wear on a work function, which the service did not deliver. I had to spend more money to do my hair. Today is the 9th December 2024 and I still have NOT received the product I paid for. I have contacted the company several times, all they do is to blue tick my messages, they don't answer my phone's calls. I'm losing money trying to recover my money from them since I spend data contact them. How do you run a by taking payments and not delivering unless if you running a ****. My R2150 is gone for nothing. All I want is for the company to deliver the hair or give me my hard earned money.
On 28/09/2020 i went to old Mutual Westgate to process a withdrawal on my sons investment acc, the consultant at the store couldn’t pick up the acc, he tried calling the call centre buy the call center agents kept dropping calls until knock off time 18:00 i left the store at 18:35 after the consultant at the store exhausted all his skills to help, i left the store without getting the withdrawal processed... on the 29/09/2020 i went to the store again called the centre, the withdrawal forms were emailed to me, which I completed, scanned and included all required documents, today is the 03/10/2020 And i haven’t received any communication from old mutual confirming to have received my documents, i never got a ref number for My enquiry, i dont know if the funds will be processed or not. Please help
i got the phone but have never been able to use it , im trying to set it up using wifi it keeps asking me to restart and when i do it doesn't pop up next steps ... the phone is not working
i ordered a phone on 27/02 provided with turn around time of 5 working day, i haven't received any commuting that the phone has arrived at the store or not, i called 0878223507 for follow up and explained myself i was told the store is closed instead of this guy calling me tomorrow I must use my own airtime again to call tomorrow
I bought shoes for my sister in laws dayghter on 23/12/2019 I was helped by Nthabiseng Musi whom I asked what time they close, she said 18:00,and I went to the store on the 24/12/2019 to return the shoes as they were too big, I arrived at the store at 17:52 and the door was closed, I went inside to request exchange or refund the managers and cashiers were all screaming saying the store is closed due to its Christmas Eve and they refused to assist l, this was the most worst service from Jam
