Ordered from them, 3 days of the courier showing the collection was cancelled and OneDayOnly ignores me on all platforms. They refuse to settle the query or arrange to have the package delivered. Absolutely no effort from their side only delays and ignored messages and assistance requests!!!!! Feels like they are ****ming me out of my money!!!!!! Will absolutely not recommend them. Unreliable shopping platform!!!!!!!
States I have to wait 3 days minimum for a package to be delivered from Johannesburg to Johannesburg!!! Absolutely no customer support and robotic responses!!!!! They have no idea how to run a courier service or provide decent customer service!!!!! Their name should be Slowway Couriers not Fastway. They are absolutely not fast in any way!!!!!
Clients since 1990. Presently they take montly premiums, but if I contact them (they take no less than 15 minutes to answer) or go to the bank there are no contact numbers, email address or ID numbers on file. The incorrect address is on the policy documents. They state nobody lives on the property and there are no geysers on the home. After 4 weeks of begging and pleading ABSA bank sunward park states I must phone the insurance department and the insurance department states I must visit the branch.......... ABSA takes monthly premiums and they don't even know why. You as an "reputable insurance company" should just give me back my premiums and cancel my insurance. I will never in my life have ANYTHING to do with ABSA bank............................... and before you ask requests were sent to the insurance department by Carvelle Liesering from the Suward Park branch that were not addressed. She also promised to resolve this matter which was NEVER done.
They physically work on the vehicle for 45 minutes, the rest of the time they spend on their phones "waiting for parts" and then have the audacity to charge 2 5 hours labour!! It was just a few wires to the wiper motor that neede to be replaced yet they had to wait for parts!!!!!!!!! why not the just charge the customer for the time you worked on the vehicle. I was a return customer who will NEVER return again!!!!!!
1st issue. Battery disconnect notice was not sent twice 2nd issue keyfob disconnected from device and "paired" again only to disconnect again today. Replaced battery on keyfob only to get connection issues. 3rd Issue, multiple agents and managers promised to call me back and NOBODY does. Tracker SA is not trustable due to this. They place their clients at risk and hide behind sarcasm and empty promises!!!!!!!!!
1. Tracking has been offline since lastweek Thursday. 2. Vehicle was stationery at an address other than my registered adress for over 72 hours, even though I drove it and parked it at my registered address. 3. Tracker now states it is a self tracking unit, even though I am at the top tier package. 4. For a week now the self-tracking option shows the completely wrong address. 5. For the last 5 hours my vehicly shows it is at the address 10km away from my home with the ignition turned on. 6. A "Tracker-tech" replaced the unit and stil the tracking is wrong, wrong address, wrong status, wrong everything? 7. Tried to resolve the issue via inbox, could just as well speak to contract, hiding behing T&C's and runarounds............. 8. What is the use of tracker if I must do all thr work myself?! First chance I get, I am cancelling my contract and moving to a service provider I feel I can trust. Tracker has lost all my trust and faith in them as a service provider!!!!
Effectively 24 hours without fibre service and Vodacom is doing nothing to resolve this. They just keep stating I as customer must be patient asxa consultant will be in touch!!!!!!!! Quick to sell contracts that they cannot jonour!!!!!!
Firstly a device that has been taken back 3 times for the same issue was sent to the advanced repair centre suddenly has no issues. Edlin Naidoo from the ceo's office refuses to respond to requests for timeframes as to when the device will be returned. She also refuses to take calls and responds to emails extremely slowly. Vodacom refuses to lodge a complaint against a store manager by the name of Forgiveness Twala who is dismissive towards customers and wil not assist. To top it off a device that has been returned 3 times will not be replaced even though it clearly is not working correctly and has been returned monthly. On another note you sign a contract with Vodacom for a device and airtime but they do not tell you that they do not hold the warranty......... Hidden terms and conditions!?!
Took out a 24 month all inclusive PriceLock contract for 2 DSTV Explora 3's for only R498.00. Now DSTv expects payment of R682.00 after 48 hours, 6 telephone calls (over R100.00 in airtime), 20 (or more) inbox messages and Multiple Facebook posts; DSTV refuses to send me the call recording or honour the contract deal THEY OFFERED TO ME!
4 business days and still waiting on delivery that was promised would only take 1-3 business days. No feedback is given from clicks; I have to follow up with them. Worst service possible. Also they state to not know where the order is currently
